Delicious products of excellent quality. Environment similar to a chalet but with a modern touch that makes it elegant and refined. Impeccable and very courteous service. I recommend it! Really excellent

The food was high quality. Service fee + 3 euro tap water, plus we got charged a 3 euro "bar fee" yet we never drank. I'm guessing it's for the parmesan we asked that sat on our table 2 min before it was snagged away? But that is all manageable. What's annoying is the lady pressuring every person sitting on the table into a starter, drinks and dessert.

Sinceramente non capisco le recensioni negative lette, alla stregua dall’essere pilotate dall’invidia di qualche altro ristoratore locale.
I fatti sono sempre più importanti delle parole ed infatti il ristorante è pieno, non un tavolo libero.
Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente, caldo e confortevole.
Cibo dall’antipasto al dolce impeccabile e servizio discreto e cordiale.
Se devo proprio trovare una pecca lo faccio criticando i tavoli, forse un po’ troppo vicini.

Restaurant with excellent food, even if the quantity/price ratio seems a bit high to me, a simple first course like pizzoccheri 18 euros, microscopic glass of wine, cheese platter with cheese samples. What I regret having to point out is the disorganization, only one person managed the entire service in the room in a disorganized and rude way, without even apologizing, but saying that we were the ones who had to be patient because the restaurant was full. From the kitchen we could hear the chef's rude shouts towards the person serving in the dining room. We were served a cheese platter with only knives and to our request for forks, after 15 minutes and numerous reminders the person in the room replied that he had brought us knives and that we had to wait. A good restaurant also depends on good service, and that too is part of the quality-price ratio. We ordered two first courses, a cheese platter and two glasses of red wine for 83 euros.

Nice place all in wood in a log cabin style and at the same time modern, refined and with attention to detail.
Menu focused on typical Aosta Valley dishes.
The high quality of the raw materials used and the excellent preparation of the chef mean that the dishes are truly exquisite.
