We went to Norcineria, a seemingly beautiful location, but sitting on those wooden benches wasn't exceptional. The service comes when you remember, the steak was raw when cooked and not medium as requested... they aim to make numbers, but be careful!!! You lose value and quality. I'm sorry, I thought it would be much better... I give the cured meats 5 stars. It's been years since I've savored delicacies with every single flavor perceived, like I used to.
I hope no one was offended, we're always trying to improve, also because I LOVE MY TERRITORY. Go Norcineria Barsanti 💪💥💪

I went for dinner with friends. It's a very welcoming place with outdoor tables under pergolas and gazebos. It's nice and cool here in the summer, perfect for socializing. The appetizers are excellent, with panzanella, cured meats, and cheeses. There's no first course, but there's a nice selection of meat-based main courses, from mixed grill to steak. The side dishes are good and plentiful. I recommend the onions! The house wine isn't bad either. The sparkling white goes down beautifully.

A beautiful and suggestive location, immersed in nature and tranquility, just outside the chaos of the city and easily accessible. Unparalleled in its kind. Excellent quality food, from appetizers to dessert. Great courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Absolutely highly recommended! To try and try again!

Ottimo cibo e personale gentile, non hanno primi piatti ma abbiamo provato gli antipasti e il filetto entrambi ottimi. Anche il cheesecake col pistacchio era buonissimo
