Excellent food quality. Fast and attentive service. It's a shame they're still not very well-equipped for celiacs, etc. The only downside is the slightly above-average prices considering the location. I understand the quality is excellent, but I think it's a bit excessive to find sandwiches for €19. Anyway, we'll be back.

Truly excellent pizza. For the first time, I ate a Roman pizza that wasn't salty and had tasty anchovies, with well-balanced ingredients. I'm very satisfied, even though I'm not a pizza fan.

A good experience in every way. I recommend it.

We had dinner in the outdoor area. The artificial grass looks a bit like a fake garden, but the atmosphere itself is very nice, spacious with tables well spaced apart. I had a burger, good meat, and homemade fries and sauces. They also have alcohol-free beer, which is not easy to find. Overall, the evening was more than positive.

Everything was excellent, from the young, friendly, fast staff who know their job. Excellent food, large and welcoming location, a wonderful discovery, we'll definitely be back. Well done guys, keep it up!

Excellent venue. That evening, the Ligabue cover band was there. It was a truly enjoyable evening. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The food was excellent, both the first courses and the pizzas. It's nice to see a historic venue, a former saloon, continue to strive for excellence. Congratulations. I highly recommend it.

Ricordavo il Saloon di 20 anni fa, oggi è davvero un'altra roba. Positivamente colpito. Sicuramente non proprio economico ma ho apprezzato un buon cibo, ottima birra e buona musica. Uniche cose che non mi sono piaciute? Le salesine in bustina. Maionese troppo acidula, salsa barbecue esiste di meglio. Per il resto TOP!

Sono stata qui in occasione del compleanno di un mio amico. Premetto che il locale essendo sabato era molto pieno e i ragazzi giustamente erano indaffarati , nonostante questo siamo stati serviti in maniera medio celere e la qualità del cibo è stata a mio avviso e all’avviso dei miei amici ottima. Per quanto concerne però la qualità del servizio , questa è stata davvero una stella. La mia amica ha chiesto per ben 6 volte a 6 persone diverse il condimento per le verdure e un cameriere a cui si è rivolta per ultima ha avuto un comportamento a dir poco scortese accusando la mia amica di aver gridato quando essendo un posto pieno di gente la voce doveva essere per forza di cose elevata altrimenti non ci si comprendeva. Le ha addirittura detto “a me non interessa che tu non venga più. “ Direi che rivedere l’educazione del personale sarebbe una ottima scelta , complessivamente è stata una bella serata e sicuramente ci ritornerò .
