I have just returned from this splendid restaurant which impresses with its attention to detail without being pedantic. The menu offers a limited choice of high quality dishes executed to perfection, the environment and decorations are minimal and of excellent taste, the staff is attentive and professional. Absolutely recommended.

Excellent experience. Intimate and elegant location, the service is kind and helpful and the dishes are refined and of great quality, the red prawn tartare is sublime, and the house dessert is absolutely worth trying, we will definitely be back :)

Chose this place because it was close to our Airbnb and it turned out to be the best meal we had in Palermo. The cacao pasta with pistachio, sultanas, clams and lemon was unique and delicious. Their take on carbonara was equally delightful. The homemade pasta was perfectly cooked al dente. I would go back!

Last night . Valentine's evening. Everything delicious. The prawn tartare is exceptional, the Sardinian fregola with clams and mussels is sublime. The pie is heavenly. I highly recommend it

Place with a cozy and familiar atmosphere. The owner is very hepatic and helpful. Good food (the starters perhaps should have been a little hotter) and normal prices.

Il Noname è uno di quei locali che vorresti assolutamente avere nella tua città, Gaspare è un maestro dell'ospitalità e della simpatia unitamente al suo collaboratore di sala. Abbiamo gustato una cucina soprendente e ricercata, servita con una carica di cordialità e professionalità davvero rare. E' uno di quei locali che ti rimane nel cuore e nel quale non vedi l'ora di tornarci. Dopo le prime due portate è venuto naturale ordinare anche la terza, tale era la voglia di assaggiare quanto più possibile dei loro squisiti metodi di preparazione, cottura e presentazione dei piatti. Eccellente ripresa, di un già noto feel rouge enogastronomico. Pregno è il piacere di essere avvolti da un fascino visivo e gustativo dai piatti del menù, elaborati con maestria frutto di ricercatezza ed attenzione alla stagionalità delle materie prime utilizzate. Ottima la sinergia tra ristoratore e chef, che assicura una lodevole attività imprenditoriale. La nuova location, assicura al cliente una zona di comfort zone estremamente intima e, nella sua estrema linearità degli angoli vintage /storici, anche di lodevole eleganza. Servizio in sala presente, gentile e disponibile, con un bravissimo bartender, il quale accompagna i conviviali, con cocktails innovativi, e di professionale fattura. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, soprattutto per la fascia dei pari del settore, che coprono la ristorazione dal pranzo, alla cena, passando per gli aperitivi.
