We went to this specific restaurant because I'm celiac. The service was excellent. The pizza was delicious. The desserts were superb. I highly recommend it.

We visited this restaurant in Perugia and had a truly positive experience. The atmosphere is meticulously designed, welcoming, and quiet, perfect for a pleasant day. The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly and attentive, and the wait time was truly reasonable. We ordered two appetizers, three first courses, three second courses, two coffees, a gelato sundae, and a sorbet. To drink, we also had two bottles of water, a Coke Zero, and red wine. Everything was served with care, and we were completely satisfied with the quality of the dishes. The bill came to €37 per person, a price we believe is more than fair for the quantity, quality, and service. Overall, an excellent experience: highly recommended for those seeking tasty cuisine, excellent service, and a refined yet relaxing atmosphere.

15/02/2025: Sono stato in questa piccola birreria/bistrot a Spello e ne sono rimasto entusiasta! Il locale propone piatti in stile pub, ma con una qualità decisamente superiore: hamburger succosi, “salsiccioni” deliziosi e patate al forno croccanti, tutto preparato con cura e passione. La selezione di birre è straordinaria, con opzioni artigianali e particolari, alcune davvero difficili da trovare altrove. A rendere l’esperienza ancora migliore è stata la competenza del titolare, che si è dimostrato davvero utile nell’abbinare le birre ai piatti scelti, valorizzandone al meglio i sapori. Nonostante fosse San Valentino, ho deciso di andare con mio figlio di 10 anni, che ha approvato ogni piatto (tranne, ovviamente, le birre!). Il servizio è stato impeccabile e l’atmosfera accogliente. Un posto perfetto sia per una serata tra amici che per un pasto informale in famiglia. Tornerò sicuramente!

06/12/2025: Being a pizza chef is certainly an art, but Andrea Bava's is something more: research, experimentation, reinterpretation, and the exaltation of flavor through the use of the finest ingredients, starting with the flours. In short, in his own words, a celebration of pizza in all its forms. Andrea offers four doughs (Modern Neapolitan Pizza, Roman Pizza, Pan-fried Pizza, and Double-Cooked Pizza) to convey a personal, ever-evolving vision. The menu changes with the seasons, guided by a careful search for raw materials sourced from top-quality supply chains and local producers. Some pizzas are served at a lower temperature to best showcase the quality of the ingredients. The tasting menu is available Monday through Friday and offers two options. Evolution: a 7-course journey to discover my vision of pizza, combining technique, research, and unexpected flavors. Origins: a 4-course journey, essential yet intense, that explores pizza through my perspective. Definitely worth a try! Recommended!
