If quality is king, here we are in the home of a great Lord. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is one of extreme taste and the immense quality of the ingredients and dishes you will try. These "fraschetta"-style benches convey a sense of conviviality. Knowing you can share aromas and flavors with your neighbors while the waiters move around with ease. And even when the orders pile up, the staff is quick to bring a delicious caponata, preceding the savoring of a fantastic Gricia and an unbeatable Carbonara. The buffalo ricotta dessert is balanced and delicious. The wine list is extensive and well-curated. The price is fair for the extraordinary quality of each dish.

Part of the Roscioli empire, a bit more formal and "nouveau" than the salumeria and (in my opinion) probably not as good. The food is generally good. We had the carpaccio di manzo which was only ok (needed a bit more seasoning), the daily fish which was excellent, the pasta with cauliflower and blue cheese which was a bit odd but worked overall, and the meatballs which were good but not particularly exciting. Their wine list is enormous, we asked for an "off the beaten path" recommendation and the bottle suggested by the server was quite good and reasonably priced. I was a bit put off at the end of the meal - this was the only restaurant in Rome where they handed me a credit card machine with US style suggested tips in the 20%+ range. Tipping is not routinely done in Italy and the restaurant is already quite expensive. I wouldn't rush back, but we did have a nice meal.

Went there for my birthday dinner while in Rome, earlier this month. People are amazingly friendly, food is fantastic. I had octopus and then beef cheeks and potatoes. Some of the best food I have ever had. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, big long tables where you can share space and energy with others. Great wine recommendation and got try several different olive oils. When I get back to Rome I will return. There is so much more to try. Amazing place.10 out of 10!!

A wonderful culinary experience, and well-guided wine selection as well. The venue is very charming, featuring shared tables. An extensive wine cellar, with wonderful selections, including by the glass. Prices are reasonable.

We tested Rimessa Roscioli, the restaurant of the renowned Roman delicatessen that later evolved into a wine bar, with a presence worldwide, including in New York. The restaurant is small but well-appointed, set up with long tables where everyone dines close together; in fact, there were two of us and we dined next to another couple. The atmosphere is pleasant, warm, and welcoming, with bottles of wine alternating with deli products like preserves and jams on the walls. The staff welcomed us with a portion of their olive oil, accompanied by pizza bianca and bread. They then treated us to an entrée of ravioli, which were delicious. The waiter guided us through the wine selection and selected a red Cesanese for us, which he filled by the glass. But without further ado, let's get to the food. We ordered two first courses: the 'Inverso Donna Itriya' mezza manica, Romanesco broccoli, blue cheese and crusco peppers, and the spaghettoni with garlic, oil, and sardines, smoked pecorino. Both were delicious; the only flaw with the spaghettoni was the presence of bones in the sardines, but that's understandable given that sardines are abundant in this fish. The mezza manica with blue cheese was also a great surprise; it was thin and didn't overpower the flavor of the other vegetables. Next, we tried the Roscioli cheese shop, which featured French and Italian cheeses, accompanied by fig jam. For our second course, we tried Apulian sheep skewers with potatoes—WORLD-CLASS. Now full, we ended the evening with a Sardinian artisanal red vermouth on the rocks. Bill: €47 per person. We expected even more considering the hype surrounding the name, it is clearly more expensive than other places but considering the location, the quality of the food and wine we think it is absolutely in line.

Super nice staff, very welcoming and truely good high end food and excellent selection of wine. You sit in a kind of warehouse for wine and other Italian goodie’s on long tables. It’s how an Italian restaurant should be. Recommended!!!

I attended the Rossioli Wine Pairing Dinner in Rome. I couldn't make it on the day of my reservation due to personal circumstances, but they contacted me via WhatsApp and thankfully rescheduled my visit for the next day. Please note that a prepayment of €80 per person is required at the time of reservation. The information stated that eight glasses of wine would be provided, but I was actually able to taste a total of ten, which was very satisfying. Detailed explanations of the wines were given in English. I mentioned my walnut allergy, and they meticulously checked each course and even replaced the bread with a non-allergenic option, which allowed me to enjoy my meal with peace of mind. The cacio pepe was particularly delicious. The entire staff was extremely friendly and made the entire meal a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a wine pairing experience in Rome.
