One of the better restaurants in the area

A full 5 stars from me. Where do I begin? From the very start, the staff warmly welcomed us in. Throughout the meal, they maintained utmost professionalism and hospitality. And the food at this restaurant is simply delicious—the starter of tuna tataki was paired wonderfully with the miso sauce, while the main courses of homemade tagliatelle and beef cheek were both splendid. The star of the show, however, was the asparagus risotto. It was hands-down *the* most fresh and succulent asparagus, paired with a rich cheese flavour to go with the perfectly cooked rice. This should be the restaurant’s signature dish! Hope to come back soon. Thank you for a delicious meal.

Great restaurant in the center of Selva! The food was excellent! Wide offer. Nice menu for kids. Wide wine list. Very friendly staff! We will definitely come next time!

Hopefully this restaurant doesn't get a Michelin star anytime soon, so you can continue to eat fantastically, unpretentiously, and at reasonable prices.

Mario very attentive as a waiter

Tenía grandes expectativas cuando reservé la mesa en este restaurante, 350 euros de tasa de cancelación tiene que ser ganado. Empezamos con unas copas y me dieron la Mula de Moscú menos saliente que he tenido en mi vida, plana, acuosa y simplemente no está a la altura. Pedimos el Black Cod y el Risotto como entrantes, ambos no impresionaron, el Bacalao era demasiado salado y el Risotto estaba bien. Luego la especialidad de este restaurante, la carne de res alpina, nos fuimos por el Tomahawk 1. 8 kg y tristemente 1/3 del filete era grasa masticable que la mayoría de nosotros no podíamos comer. Personalmente me gustó la carne, pero la experiencia fue que nos estaban sirviendo por debajo del filete estándar, especialmente si lo comparas con otros restaurantes de alta gama en la zona. Los desiertos eran todos excelentes y el servicio era genial. En general una gran decepción y no vale la pena el precio que pagamos.

Invogliati dalla presenza sulla guida Michelin, abbiamo provato a cena. Tralasciando il costante odore di fonduta che andrebbe in qualche modo gestito per i clienti non amanti del genere, i piatti sono da ristorante “abbindola turisti” in termini di ingredienti, sebbene con buona presentazione e tecnica. Il filetto di cervo ha prezzi quasi in linea con altri ristoranti 1 stella che abbiamo provato e la qualità della carne è risultata media con contorno piuttosto scarno. Stesso discorso per la sacher scomposta le cui materie prime ricordano tristemente i dolci da supermarket. Servizio medio e in parte disattento, forse per via degli elevati volumi di clienti (anche dell’hotel) gestiti in unità di tempo. Presenza sulla guida Michelin forse residuo di un passato glorioso? In attesa di un ritorno agli antichi fasti, per ora non ci torneremo 😀
