Tenía grandes expectativas cuando reservé la mesa en este restaurante, 350 euros de tasa de cancelación tiene que ser ganado. Empezamos con unas copas y me dieron la Mula de Moscú menos saliente que he tenido en mi vida, plana, acuosa y simplemente no está a la altura. Pedimos el Black Cod y el Risotto como entrantes, ambos no impresionaron, el Bacalao era demasiado salado y el Risotto estaba bien. Luego la especialidad de este restaurante, la carne de res alpina, nos fuimos por el Tomahawk 1. 8 kg y tristemente 1/3 del filete era grasa masticable que la mayoría de nosotros no podíamos comer. Personalmente me gustó la carne, pero la experiencia fue que nos estaban sirviendo por debajo del filete estándar, especialmente si lo comparas con otros restaurantes de alta gama en la zona. Los desiertos eran todos excelentes y el servicio era genial. En general una gran decepción y no vale la pena el precio que pagamos.

Ate beef cheeks and pork fillet... tasted very tasty! But the portion is too small for the price... unfortunately!

the veal tartare with excellent tuna sauce, the complete polenta with mushrooms and sausage lacked salt. The cheek was excellent, very tender. A little disappointed by the pasta with deer ragu, the decisive factor was the choice of pasta which did not absorb the sauce well (it also lacked salt) and was slightly overcooked for my tastes. They offered us a taste from the kitchen which was very good and I would also add that the butter served at the beginning of the meal was uniquely delicate, very good. The service was great.

The waiter was great and made us feel welcomed as we enjoyed our meals. The deer filet and cigaro were delicious!

I came across this restaurant during a trip out of town with my family. Intrigued, we decided to stop for a quick meal We ate: - venison fillet - surprise from the forest Two dishes well served (I attach photos) and very tasty. They definitely met our expectations. The dessert is an explosion of flavors and balanced in the right way. The fillet is tender, tasty, rich in flavours. A real explosion for the palate. Especially for those who have never tasted these flavors before. The service was friendly and fast, we didn't wait long and the waiters met our needs.
