"Niconoce" è un posto accogliente e carino dove bere in buona compagnia e gustare preparazioni gourmet.
I vini e tutte le materie prime sono selezionati con la massima cura.
Ho mangiato una squisita tartare di fassona e altre sfizioserie ma, per chi vuole veramente peccare, la vera chicca è il babà salato.

Highly recommended for an aperitif or even dinner. A glass of wine is 7 euros!
The savory baba and eggplant parmigiana are delicious, prepared with meticulous care and dedication. Delicious! I recommend the savory baba with mortadella!
They also have a varied selection of cured meats; I ordered the ciauscolo, which I love, and it was delicious.

This dinner was a gift from friends. And it was a fantastic surprise.
We never expected such attention to the quality of the ingredients. And the drinks were no exception.
But the picture isn't complete without the almost exclusive service (especially since it was a July weekend).
One of the most beautiful experiences in recent years.

I had been putting this place on my personal list of places to try in Milan for a long time, and it was warmly recommended to me by Fabio Scarpitti. This evening the time has finally come for a solo escape as a forerunner of other experiences that I will definitely want to repeat with my wife. The suggester is definitely worth listening to and in fact the evening will not only live up to expectations, but I would say well beyond.
At the time I showed up, around 6 pm, the place was very quiet and it was therefore very pleasant to spend an hour sipping an excellent ancestral wine from Porta al Vento, a Voria, made with pure Cataratto that paired perfectly with a superlative “mini” casatilello, where the very lightly fried pasta surrounded the precious filling like a crunchy cloud. A truly excellent dish. I continued by tasting some cruschi pepper chips, chevvelodicoaffa: one leads to another and then conclude the first part of the experience with a dish kindly offered by the house: liver paté on brioche bread, completed with saffron red onion threads. A very delicate dish that deserves further study.
The glass that accompanied this second part was a very good Fiano in puro di Terranera, which worthily supported not only the paté, but also the last preparation that really leaves you speechless: a savory babà filled with chili pepper sausage, broccoli rabe and buffalo ricotta. After being baked, the babà is embellished with tomato water that gives it flavor and elegance at the same time. An idea that is not only brilliant, but perfectly executed! Perhaps the description does not convey the deliciousness of the preparation which, in addition to being particularly tasty, I also found it incredibly delicate and balanced. Even in this case, Neapolitanness is brought to an original level, respecting tradition and without any compromise with the raw material of excellent quality, but pushing a lot on the delicacy and refinement of the whole. What can I say? An experience that really fascinated me not only for the cuisine, but also for the beautiful wine list, original and decidedly outside not only of the trends that come and go, but also outside of the "usual known" producers. Now something more unique than rare in the Milanese panorama, but that can still be found in those places where the professionalism of the managers is also accompanied by the wisdom of being guided by those who not only understand wine, but also hold high the flag of spreading what is the uniqueness of Italian winemaking and once again I refer to the good Fabio Scarpitti.

Mi piace moltissimo questo locale,
Fanno un babà salato che è una meraviglia!!
Loro sono una bella coppia sempre sorridenti che lavorano con grande professionalità ( un esempio per molti)..
Ci torno sempre molto volentieri perché oltre che poter bere un buon bicchiere di vino e mangiare bene e ti fanno sentire a casa!!
Grazie per quello che fate tornerò a trovarvi presto!!

I regret not staying another day in Milan to go again. The staff was very kind and helpful. Unique dishes! Great selection of wines. Prefer the dishes with Baba!!
