Little, cozy restaurant near the Cala Bernat beach. We loved the experience, everything tasted really good and homemade-like. I recommend taking the fish sharing platter with fries.

A great discovery. After hearing about it for a long time (good things about it), I finally went to dinner “al borgo” yesterday. What can I say, if you want to eat fresh fish and spend the right amount, go at least once, I guarantee you will already be thinking about when to go back just like we are doing. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. Special mention for the trofie alla carlofortina and the fresh tuna appetizer. A little gem in a neighborhood that is often unfairly underrated. Nice indoor location. Tables quite comfortable but a bit close together. Menu mainly based on fish. Prices a bit high for the service offered (paper napkins, white wine left at room temperature, glasses a bit dated...). Always for the same reason, friendly staff, but not up to par for the prices offered.

Excellent location, on the veranda with a welcoming atmosphere, the food is really excellent, fresh and cooked fish, not salty and tasty to the point. I recommend the six-course tasting, plentiful and varied, and the fregola...not bad frying either! I recommend it as a real restaurant with good value for money. Average cost 37 euros each. Oh I recommend you try the sebadas! Supreme his death with that orange peel! and that special cheese!

05/09/2025: We received a very friendly welcome. The tables were beautifully set with tablecloths and glasses. The fish we had was OK, as was the grilled zucchini. Unfortunately, the spaghetti carbonara wasn't that great – the bacon could have been cooked a bit more, as the sauce was overcooked (in the end, it was more like spaghetti with scrambled eggs and bacon...). The tiramisu at the end was very moist. Unfortunately, there's no non-alcoholic beer available either. Overall, the price-performance ratio was OK.
13/08/2025: I stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. A simple yet welcoming atmosphere, where the real star is the fresh fish: every dish exudes authentic, wholesome flavors, the result of top-quality ingredients. With every bite, you can taste the freshness and care with which the ingredients are selected and prepared. An ideal place for those who love the taste of the sea in its most authentic form.

07/10/2025: Quick service and friendly waiters/waitresses. They have outdoor seating, which is definitely more inviting than the interior, which isn't particularly beautiful, but that's my personal taste. However, two cappuccinos and two pastries cost €8 in total, above average even for Cagliari.
