10/03/2026: There were two of us and we had lunch on Friday, March 6, on the recommendation of our friend Claudia. The Pizzeria really has a very authentic decoration and atmosphere. While we waited, and because of where we were located, we could see how the pizzas were made. Everything was super organized. The dough for each pizza was just waiting to be rolled out, the tomato in a large dish, the cheese already grated to be placed, the ingredients also prepared and the wood-fired oven ready. 09/03/2026: It caught our attention as there was a queue and a wait not from tourists but from Italians. In relation to the comments I read we found a relatively short queue and we were served relatively quickly. Traditional Roman pista. Very thin dough, little sauce but quite tasty. The wine is very expensive. The prices are good.
