We were served professionally by the young and highly trained waiters with simple yet delicious dishes, some drawn from international recipes (South America, North Africa, etc.) and others from traditional Sicilian cuisine with a modern twist. The amberjack served raw in a plum sauce melts in your mouth like butter. Not to mention the delicious bruschetta and appetizers, including the fish balls and panelle. The refined and far from predictable wine selection is also worth a visit. In short, come and pamper your palate.
