Very nice restaurant in Castello away from the crowds. Very good to try the seafood of Venice, the best was the raw Rialto, the scallops and the shrimp pasta with pistachio pesto. Super recommended, restaurant run by the family, you can't have anything more authentic.

Their food is delicious, the service is very good.

We love this place on the outskirts of Venice. Depending where you are staying it’s worth the effort to visit this place. Awesome food, service and very cool and relaxed atmosphere. Favorites include razorback clams, fish, salad, pasta, and wine. Highly recommend.

Nevodi is a truly incredible family business with passionate employees and a great location! We loved our meal here. My husband got the octopus and I got the variety of fried fish! Both of our dishes were delicious, however we both detest bones in fish and the selections provided on my plate were extremely difficult to eat without catching multiple bones. The wine they recommended was delicious and paired excellently and the servers were all so friendly!

The restaurant was recommended to us by a Venetian and we were not disappointed! It is on a little busy street compared to San Marco Square. The atmosphere is friendly. The staff is very welcoming and intentional. For starter, I ordered mussels and clams which were quite good. The quantity is correct. For the main course, I ordered grilled tuna, which is as delicious as I like it! The tuna is fresh and barely grilled on the surface and soft on the inside. There are three kinds of grilled tuna: simple, with sesame and with poppy seeds. As an accompaniment there is a salad and cooked potatoes. For dessert I had a scoop of ferreo roche which I loved with a chocolate shell on the outside and a scoop of creamy ice cream inside and dark chocolate at the bottom. The ball is topped with a mango and passion fruit coulis. A delight ! The only problem is that the food is too salty. If you are hypertensive, you should mention this to have dishes without or with half salt.

Nevodi was recommended by our Air bnb & it did not disappoint. We shared the scallops to start and then a gnocchi & ravioli dish for main, all delicious. I especially enjoyed the olive oil gelato as this is something I’ve never had before. Would definitely come back on our next trip to Venezia.

A great little bistro - definitely the best food option in the area. Very popular, we were lucky to get a table around 9.30pm for a late supper. Limited menu options. Excellent food.

We read in several guides that Venice is all about cichetti/bacaro culture and that restaurants are overpriced, catering almost exclusively to tourists. Unfortunately, for us, Nevodi confirmed both of these observations. While the food was definitely okay, the place is packed (literally--the tables are very close together) with tourists eating overpriced mediocre dishes. We didn't find it to live up to it's 4.5 star rating--more like an average 3. Service was fine but fast-paced.
