09/03/2026: A truly delightful dinner. The kitchen employs some very talented young chefs, creating carefully crafted dishes with well-balanced flavors.
We tried several dishes: fried octopus tentacles on a mustard and honey emulsion, Luciana-style red octopus on a chickpea cream and fried polenta crostini, a mix of local cuttlefish and grilled calamari with salad, and baked trout fillet on a pumpkin cream. Everything was truly excellent, generous portions, and great attention to food pairings. The initial welcome was also appreciated.
The young woman in the dining room was very kind and discreet, with a smile that immediately put you at ease. We didn't try the desserts (maybe next time), perhaps a little more interaction or a more personalized service would have been appreciated.
One area that could be improved is the wine list, which, given the quality of the cuisine, deserves a few more options and a wider variety. The atmosphere is pleasant, but I would like it to be a little warmer and more personalized, as it currently feels a bit sterile.
That said, the prices are fair, the food is truly excellent, and there's great potential. With these foundations, it has all the makings of a truly top-notch restaurant. It's made me want to come back, and I will. 🍽️✨
04/03/2026: We went to Quantum last night for a 50th birthday party! Simply spectacular!! The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable! The atmosphere was welcoming and elegant! The food was excellent, from the presentation to the flavors! We were thrilled and left very satisfied!! Keep it up, guys, and even though you're very young, you have a great future ahead of you!! See you soon!
