Nevada Restaurant Cafe In Bormio

Si mangia sempre bene in questo ristorante: piatti della tradizione e non abbondanti e ben curati. E' anche l'occasione per farsi consigliare alla scoperta di vini che, nel rispetto della tradizione e della qualità, consentono di sperimentare nuove cantine e novità di vinificazione. Bravi!

Alloggiando un paio di notti all’hotel Nevada abbiamo anche usufruito del loro ristorante dove ci siamo sempre trovati bene con la loro cucina della tradizione locale. Buona anche la selezione di vini locali tra cui una raccolta tardiva di nebbiolo che si sposava benissimo con il cervo. Bene anche la colazione a buffet.

Wonderful restaurant - we dined here while staying in the hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, and we appreciated their efforts. Breakfast spread (for hotel customers) is a spread of meats, cheese, preserved fruits, cereals, baked goods, and a few hot options including pancakes, bacon, and eggs. They also have fresh juice and coffee. Dinner menu is great - we had the “house board” every night which allowed you to choose from a set menu. Portions were generous, diverse range of options each night, and very very tasty. There is also a self service salad bar and a wonderful range of tasty desserts.
