A very charming and well-maintained restaurant, conveniently located for those traveling from Modena to Parma. For appetizers, I enjoyed the truly unique hummus and the delicious, crispy fried gnocco.
My favorite dish was the Parmesan risotto with balsamic vinegar, served in a Parmesan crust: simply exceptional.
The desserts were also excellent: tartlets with custard, chocolate cake, and Barozzi cake, all truly exquisite.
Friendly staff, elegant atmosphere, and excellent value. Highly recommended.

I have stopped several times for work at the hotel that has an agreement with this restaurant and I must say that it is truly fantastic in every way, truly unbeatable quality/price.

It's a shame the dishes were served cold.
The ricotta and spinach was barely lukewarm, but good.
The apple tart was served cold. After asking for it to be reheated, it was served again, presumably after being microwaved and rendered inedible.

We chose the Nero Balsamico Restaurant in Modena for our Christmas lunch and were delighted. The set menu was balanced, rich but not heavy, with dishes that showcased tradition and the quality of the ingredients. The professional service and elegant atmosphere were ideal for an important occasion.

Below Italian standards, the dishes were lukewarm, even cold. I don't recommend the octopus as a starter, as it was cold. The ricotta and spinach ravioli and the vegetable linguine were good, but nothing special. The apple tart was served cold, even though the menu specified it would be hot. It was taken away and microwaved, ultimately becoming inedible.

We had lunch at this restaurant for the Christmas celebration of our Association of Masters of Work.
We had a wonderful time!
Excellent service, courtesy, speed, and delicious dishes, from appetizers to dessert.
Everything was excellent!
Congratulations to Mrs. Stella and all the staff for the success of the event, which ended with musical entertainment.
