We ate very well, with authentic, genuine flavors. The staff was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, it's closed during the week, otherwise we would definitely have returned.

For a family gathering, between aunts and nephews, we chose Otricoli because it's almost halfway between Rome and Perugia, and booked lunch at Nerafera. We couldn't have made better choices! Otricoli is a fantastic village, rich in history, where people still greet you as they pass you in the street, and the Nerafera restaurant is spectacular! Extremely kind staff, a warm and comfortable atmosphere, and stellar food with generous portions. My only regret is that I didn't leave a tip, but only by mistake; they definitely deserved it. Next time, I'll double the tip. 😄

A wonderful discovery just a few kilometers from the A1 toll booth.
Traveling north, we took a quick detour to avoid an accident and found this excellent restaurant offering traditional dishes in a stunning location.

Found this place by mistake, but it's by making mistakes that the best discoveries are made...an ancient place with regional peasant cuisine...pasta made by them to perfection...excellent sauces and ingredients and the Sagrantino was out of this world...

5 out of 5 stars is a must!! The food, atmosphere, and staff are truly unique!!!!
...p.s.: while waiting for service, you can visit the Roman caves just below the restaurant....

Di passaggio in questo borgo scelgo di assaggiare la cucina di questa trattoria di cultura contadina, descrizione che non poteva spiegare meglio il locale! Già all'arrivo rimango incantato dalla storia che si respira in questo luogo, il menu si incastra perfettamente con la tradizione ed i sapori locali, trattati in modo eccezionale e serviti con tanta genuinità...ho assaggiato un primo ed un secondo squisiti, pane fatto in casa...gia non vedo l'ora di tornare! Complimenti ai ragazzi che portano avanti con tanta passione...e grazie per avermi fatto sentire come a casa 😋

La prima bellezza e’ il cartello sulla porta che accoglie gli animali da compagnia con vero piacere.
Luogo bello, piatti buoni, bella atmosfera, musica giusta. Cameriera gentilissima. Tutto centrato.
Lo consiglio per una bella pausa di buon cibo.
Li stracotto di bufalo, fantastico.
