Neps Risto Grill In Jesolo

The food is quite good, but not outstanding. The service was not good. The waiters seemed listless, and when taking our order, our waiter was more concerned with other people and his smartphone than with us. Despite the large number of waiters on duty, they seemed very disorganized, busy, and stressed. Smiles and Italian hospitality are nonexistent here. For example, it took three different waiters, one after the other, to set the table next door – for two people! They were constantly coming and going and fiddling around at the table without really doing anything. No wonder the service, despite being well-staffed, couldn't get anything done and was stressed. The couple at the newly set table next door also waited forever until a waiter took their order. Meanwhile, waiters were constantly rushing by, sometimes empty-handed. For this "service," you also pay a comparatively high cover of €5 per person. We didn't tip extra, which I rarely do. The ambiance is OK. The decor is nice, but the tables are very close together, and if you're unlucky, one might be by the aisle. During our meal, children's chairs were lifted over our table because the waiter couldn't get past them otherwise. Another waiter bumped into our table and just barely managed to avoid dropping his plates. And because it wasn't already crowded enough, something was being prepared at the neighboring table. That's generally a good thing, but then the tables shouldn't be so close together. Especially since the preparation at the table was again carried out with the usual lack of enthusiasm here. Then they might as well prepare the fish in the kitchen instead of at the table. Conclusion: The food was quite good, the ambiance was okay, and the service was poor and lackluster, but at least not unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend it.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is simply amazing — very cozy and pleasant. The environment is perfect for relaxing and having a quiet chat. The food was excellent — all the dishes were very tasty and the drinks were also delicious. The staff is helpful and attentive, trying to provide a positive experience for the customers. However, there were a few small inconveniences. At first, we were served dirty and chipped plates, which ruined the first impression a bit. Luckily, the waiter reacted promptly and replaced everything with clean and good-condition dishes — which was much appreciated. The service in general is fast, but due to the large number of customers, the staff can’t always keep up with everything as quickly as they should. However, it is clear that they do their best to please everyone. Overall, the restaurant left a great impression. Definitely a place to come back to!

Busy. If you're lucky you can get a table in the evening without a reservation. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. Can only be recommended.

Tonight I ate together with my sweetheart at Neps in Jesolo. Starter: Upstream salmon with tiraki sauce. Very tender fresh salmon with a matching tiraki sauce (with a hint of honey). A memory that remains. Spaghetti with clams with homemade pasta. Heart-melting tiramisu. If you want to go to bed with the taste and memory of a good dinner, and the memory of having spent your money well. Go and book Greetings Thomas
