31/03/2026: If you find yourself in Cortona, I highly recommend Bar 500. The place has a homely, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The wine is amazing, and the atmosphere is even better , made all the more special by the great company you’ll find there. The owners are incredibly helpful and speak English, which makes everything easy if you’re travelling. It’s the perfect spot to relax, have a conversation, and feel at home especially if you’re coming from the land down under like I am.

20/10/2025: Wonderful place. My wife and I stopped here on a day trip in Cortona and we were greeted warmly by the owner, Emma. The cappuccino and pastries were very good, but the pizza was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is small but inviting and fills up quickly. It was a highlight of our trip for sure. I hope we get the chance to return someday!
