I always go to Neko on the Nomentana and in Rieti...this one in San Giovanni was my first time and I had a mixed experience...
They changed our wine without any problems when we realized it was too sweet and fruity for our tastes, and for that we are very grateful.
The guy at the cash register (I think the owner) was kind and welcoming!
The guy who changed our wine was equally welcoming.
Another waiter, on the other hand, was incredibly rude; he even snapped at my sister. He was annoyed with every table present, annoyed with carrying the dishes, and you could see he couldn't wait for everyone to get up...at 10:30 PM they turned off the music and the brightest lights.

One of the best sushi places in Rome. Very friendly staff and amazing food.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff, especially the dark-haired guy with glasses.
Since I couldn't find parking and had to opt for a creative spot, he was very kind, not only in checking my car to prevent it from being towed away, but also thoughtfully leaving a note on it in the restaurant's name. In the chaos of Rome, that's not a given.
As good as the food was, it's the kindness of the staff that will definitely make me return.

Delicious! Finally, some sushi with character. Lately, they all seem the same and only taste like fish, even if it's good. Instead, at Neko, you'll find original and tasty combinations. The service is prompt and precise, and one of the waiters is particularly appreciated for his cheerfulness. Go!

For me the best sushi. Every time I go there it's a confirmation. Also there is Fabrizio, the head waiter, who is always kind, thoughtful, nice and available to everyone.
