Everything perfect! The attentive service, good advice. I really liked the sober decor, with a soft and elegant atmosphere. And of course the plate! Fine cuisine, flavors intact and highlighted by the cooking (particularly over the coals), an appetizing presentation. Special mention to the desserts which end the meal in a very light way!

Nebbia is the kind of spot that surprises youin the best way. The dishes feel both elevated and deeply comforting, like someone with real culinary finesse decided to cook just for you. The pasta is clearly handmade, with that perfect bite, and the flavor combinations are thoughtful without trying too hard. The space itself is cozy, warm, and intimate ideal for a slow dinner with someone you like talking to. Overall, Nebbia delivers quiet excellence with every plate.

Update: Even after a few years, they make good food, we love coming back!
The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. The appetizers were great, the pasta too and the dessert was delicious.

I went to lunch two Sundays ago with my friends, and the experience was truly magnificent. The new place, minimal but with attention to every detail and the really good food, made those two hours an unforgettable moment. Must try again consistently! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I went to Nebbia, encouraged by finding it in one of the top 30 restaurants in Milan. I called to book dinner and the only available seat was at the counter. I accepted, but once I arrived I realized that the position wasn't exactly the best.
The counter in question is the same as the bar top. Our seats were in a corner near the kitchen entrance. This made dinner rather uncomfortable: between the constant coming and going of the waiters coming out with the dishes and the fact of constantly being brushed against as they passed by, everything was not very comfortable.
The place appears very clean, but the style is rather aseptic. There is nothing that makes it particularly characteristic or welcoming, apart from an LED light that crosses the two rooms, giving a touch of atmosphere but without really managing to warm the environment.
The selection of wines was discreet: not very large, but still well curated. As for the food, I focused on the appetizers, so I didn't try enough to give a complete opinion, which is still positive. Note of appreciation for the beetroot hummus which was really good served with the focaccia, equally excellent.
The overall experience was compromised by the assigned position; in my opinion that space is not suitable for a place setting. However, I will probably return to give it another chance and taste other dishes.
