Nebbia In Milano

I've been a couple of times and tried so many dishes, it's hard to pick a favorite: their anchovies with homemade butter are amazing, as is their focaccia! The service is excellent, the staff is fast and friendly. The location is a bit impersonal. I recommend it to everyone.

Nebbia is one of those restaurants that strives to combine experimentation with top-quality ingredients, in a minimalist setting with meticulous attention to detail. The service is attentive and friendly, and the wine list is well-selected. We started with the fried chicken, peanuts, and chili pepper, a surprising dish: crunchy, spicy, and with a balance of flavors that makes it truly memorable. The loin with buttered pastry was also very good, delicate yet bold, and the veal with tuna and caper sauce was a classic, fresh, and delicious. For my first course, I chose the pea risotto with black summer truffle: an interesting dish on the menu, but in my opinion less convincing than the rest of the menu, a bit bland in flavor. The best came with the desserts: the tiramisu is a great classic, made with a velvety and delicious cream, while the chocolate and chili pepper cake was a real surprise, intense and with that spicy touch that ended the dinner in an original way. Overall, a more than positive experience: Nebbia's cuisine is daring, with creative dishes that break away from the usual Milanese offerings. Recommended for those who love experimentation and want to try new flavor combinations, with some dishes standing out more than others.

The food is always excellent, with original and varied recipes. I also appreciate that the side dishes are truly thoughtful and interesting, unlike the usual ones. Today I had a cucumber salad seasoned with coriander, lime, and chili pepper, truly delicious, the best I've ever tasted. High-quality fish and excellent baked goods. The atmosphere is minimalist, retro, and conceptual; I really like it. Prompt service. Excellent value for money. A refreshing restaurant, worth a visit.

Food was so amazing and beautiful interiors. Staff were also lovely, would definitely return. We had the mackerel, meatballs (not GF), octopus, and chicken. No gluten free bread or pasta but majority of dishes could be made gluten free.

Came for dinner on Saturday evening. Unfortunately the service was extremely slow so the whole experience despite the food being delicious was not great. We also felt the lighting in the restaurant was far too bright for an evening dinner, if it was turned down a little I think it would really help to create a more relaxed environment as the restaurant itself is very nicely decorated.

It will always be my favorite restaurant. I came to Milan just to visit it. From its opening until now, the quality has been wonderful, and the prices have held steady. Refined ingredients and dishes with a very interesting twist, fully respecting the seasonality of the ingredients. The service is also excellent; I can't wait to return.

Such an underrated spot in Milan! The food is absolutely delicious — especially the parmigiana. The restaurant has a contemporary style with Scandinavian and modern Italian touches 😍 The staff are friendly, and the prices are excellent for the quality. I’ll definitely be back!

I really enjoyed everything, especially the seafood appetizers. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I’d suggest adding the focaccia to the menu — it’s so good, it’s worth paying to get a few extra pieces.

Came across this lovely restaurant by accident looking for lunch. The menu was creative and the food delicious: Hummus with harissa, chicken liver with brioche and fried chicken with peanuts and chili. We will definitely return to try the dinner menu.
