We were truly thrilled with our experience at this seafood restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth and punctuality, a sign of attentive and respectful management. The staff stood out for their kindness and in-depth knowledge of the products: each dish was carefully described, exuding passion and expertise. The fish was incredibly fresh and cooked to bring out the authentic flavors of the sea. The portions were generous but never excessive, perfectly balanced. One aspect we particularly appreciated was the attention paid to my pregnancy: the dishes were selected and adapted with discretion and professionalism, never making me feel limited, but rather pampered in a safe environment. A classy restaurant. Generous, high-quality dishes. Original, flavorful appetizers with clever pairings. First courses with a rich, well-blended fish sauce. The fried food was dry and very light. Excellent roast sea bass with a unique flavor. The house wine paired perfectly with the dishes. Adequately priced. The service was professional and helpful. The ingredients and cooking times for each course were clearly indicated. The price was more than reasonable.

Excellent food, top service, a guarantee

We went to Nautilus because we were already familiar with Zia Cicci's cuisine, where we often ate before it closed. Now the name has changed, the atmosphere, the space, and the attention to detail have improved. The quality of the food is second to none, always top-notch. In short, the chefs know what they're doing, and that's something you can't help but notice.

Welcoming and charming restaurant. We came here to try out the new management and it was a pleasant surprise. Very friendly staff and excellent service. We had the trio of hot and cold appetizers, which were truly excellent. The real highlights were the first courses: fabulous pacchero with seafood and a very delicate and tasty tuna carbonara. Superb value for money, especially thanks to their 10% off promotion in August. Highly recommended.

The Nautilus tagliolini alone deserve five stars, hands down the best seafood first course I've ever eaten. I found the service overall good, and the atmosphere spacious and well-lit. I returned several times during my vacation in San Benedetto.
