Whenever we are in Rome, this is our favorite place for lunch on the day we are in the Coloseum or Roman Forum - and for years this place has maintained its usual standard - super tasty food and, considering the expensive location, good value for money. Personally, I have nothing against waiting times, it just always looks strange when a few younger waiters stand casually leaning against the door during the time when orders could be taken or drinks could be asked for refills. This quickly seems inattentive. However, the tone during the service process has always been very friendly and courteous.

Excellent food and great service. We especially enjoyed the Roman style artichoke and Ravioli. Even the limonchello was amazing. Highly recommended if you are in the colosseum area!

The portions are generous and the prices affordable. The food tastes great, and the pizza, in particular, was my favorite. Definitely recommended!

Trattoria Perilli

26/03/2025: The best Roman-style artichokes I ate in Rome! The rest of the food was also delicious (especially the desserts), the service was unbeatable, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend it.

Lo'steria

19/03/2025: I went for lunch on Saturday with a group of friends. The artichoke alla giudia and the crostini burro e alici were excellent! Nice place, we will definitely be back
14/03/2025: Lo’steria near Ponte Milvio offers an exceptional dining experience. The food is delicious, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that showcase the best of Roman cuisine. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service make it a great choice for any occasion, whether a casual meal or a special night out. What makes this restaurant even more special is its location near Ponte Milvio, one of Rome’s most historic bridges. Dating back to 206 BC, it was the site of the famous Battle of the Milvian Bridge in 312 AD, where Emperor Constantine defeated Maxentius, paving the way for his rule and the spread of Christianity in the Roman Empire. Walking along this historic bridge before or after a meal adds a unique and timeless charm to the experience. A must-visit for those who appreciate both tradition and taste.
