Quick lunch, tried the seafood gnocchi: superb!

The food is top-notch. Delicious fresh pasta and Roman-style pizza. The service was very friendly, and the waiter recommended a dessert we enjoyed – panna cotta with fruit. The prices are also good. I recommend stopping by.

Nearly 2 years since we visited am I still think about the Carbonara! I’ve had many since and none has been better than Naumachia Ristorante, can’t wait to come back to Rome. Highly recommend this meal after a visit to nearby Basilica of San Clemente!

Loved the place! Great location! Great vibe! Even better food! If you don’t get the carbonara and tiramisu you may as well not visit Rome at all. Staff is fantastic our friend noticed there weren’t many pieces of guanciale (I believe it’s called) and without saying a word the server picked up his dish and returned to him with tons of guanciale added! Great restaurant definitely a must visit!

Amazing experience. This place was recommended to us by our tattoo artist (who lives and works in Rome) and her husband and we are so grateful! I took my wife here for our last night in Rome and it was honestly such a treat. From the food to the service, everything was outstanding. Our server, Simone, was kind, helpful with the menu, and so much fun. It was really busy during tourist season but we didn't feel like a burden -- quite the opposite, it felt like dining at our local neighbourhood joint. We ordered negronis, bruschetta, carpaccio, supplí, wine, pasta, and dessert, and digestif, and were blown away from start to finish. Carpaccio was like butter, the rocket was so flavourful, as was the tomato bruschetta. The ragu they use for the supplí and fettuccine is rich and decadent. Pasta was handmade and perfectly cooked. Plus, the wine was incredible. Perfect accompaniment. We wanted a full bodied and we got it. It was almost brown it was so rich. Absolutely perfect. We ended with their cestino (basket) of Chantilly cream and fresh mango which was light yet filling. Simone's recommendation for the digestif (an Amaro) was incredible. As expected of a pizza restaurant in Rome, I had the Margherita and it was delicious! The fried sardines were also plump with just the right amount of salt and went perfectly with beer. The staff were friendly and easygoing, and the service was excellent. This is a restaurant I would like to visit again when I come to Rome, Italy.

Incredible quality steak! My wife and I have come here twice thus far, and we are not disappointed. Well done!

Amazing homemade pasta I highly recommend if you need a place for lunch near to Colosseum. If you eat on the one side of the restaurant you’ll actually have a view of the architectural marvel from you table. The burrata was spicy but so yummy! This place made the best Aperol Spritz I had while in Rome. Ciao!

Il menù è un viaggio tra piatti ricchi di gusto e storia: dalla carbonara cremosa e saporita, al cacio e pepe perfettamente bilanciato, fino alla fiorentina alla brace che si scioglie in bocca. Ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti di prima qualità, e si sente tutta la passione dello chef in ogni boccone. Il personale è giovane figo gentilissimo, attento e professionale, sempre pronto a consigliare il vino giusto o raccontare l’origine dei piatti. Un servizio impeccabile che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Naumachia è il posto ideale sia per una cena romantica che per una serata tra amici o in famiglia. Se siete in zona Colosseo, non potete assolutamente perdervelo. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
