The food, service, and atmosphere are all first-rate. During our trip to Rome, this place stole our hearts – our entire eight-person, intergenerational Polish-Slovak family found something to enjoy every day. The staff and owner, who created an atmosphere of celebration, and the wonderful taste – what more could you ask for?

We were a party of 3 and went for lunch. We got two pastas, a pizza, focaccia, suppli, aperol spritz and cappuccino. It was a lot of three people but we were hungry. Good food and pasta. Close to the colosseum and there wasn’t a line to get a table despite it being close to the tourist attraction.

Good restaurant near the Colosseum. A thousand times better than the famous Luzzi trattoria next door. Clean and quiet, and a very good meal. We ate there twice and really liked the linguine with oxtail, the gnocchi with crayfish sauce, the pizza and the tiramisu.

Pleased to know there are still at least one nice restaurant in the wasteland created by over-tourism near the colosseum. As a family (aged 6 to 75) we had lunch, salads and pasta, all very good. Congratulations to the restaurant for maintaining standards.

We were exhausted from walking in and outside the Colosseum and wanted to go somewhere a little less crowded for lunch. This restaurant is located a few blocks from the touristic area, so perfect for a pizza without all the noise. Decent prices!

A restaurant in Rome where everything we ordered was delicious. Although the pizza isn’t wood-fired, it’s still worth trying their Roman-style pizza. The braised oxtail was a real standout we even ordered extra bread to soak up the sauce. Overall, a very satisfying meal that truly felt Roman and made us happy. The staff were cheerful and full of the lively Italian spirit I had imagined, which made the experience even more memorable.
