Despite the proximity to the Colosseum, not a “tourist trap”. We can recommend the Ristorante with a clear conscience. The food was good/very good, the staff was very friendly. The price/performance ratio was very good.

December 30, 2024. Restaurant I would recommend. Close to the Colosseum and 20 minutes walk from Termini. We mainly took meat and it was all so abundant that we couldn't finish it. The meat is good and fresh. Typical Roman friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. Recommended by a friend who lives in Rome, as a tourist I will definitely return. There wasn't room to order tiramisu, but it looked really good.
The part above, at the entrance, is a little prettier than the part below.

The welcome is truly Roman style by true Romans. The food is typical and done well. Near the Colosseum, just a few steps away, you can find Roman cuisine and Italian food.

After arriving in Rome, we were looking for a place to eat and this restaurant caught our eye. And it was the perfect choice. We had pizza and Italian beer. Everything was perfect and delicious and accompanied by excellent, helpful and constantly smiling staff. Perfect choice for a first lunch in Rome. I will definitely visit this restaurant again on my next visit to Rome :)

A local recommended this restaurant to me and it wasn't disappointing at all. The pasta was amazing and full of flavour. Although it was a full serving, it didn't feel heavy on the stomach. Would try to visit again.

We came for the pizza, and it did not disappoint. The quattro formaggi and diavola were both excellent, with perfectly balanced flavors and great crusts. The house red and white wines were solid choices, complementing the meal nicely. The atmosphere is laid-back and inviting, and the friendly staff adds to the overall experience. Definitely worth a visit!
