Maybe it's because I'm reading "The China Study", but the opportunity to stop by chance in this place (I had an appointment after lunch nearby), in Milan, fascinated me a lot. I found it a perfect tribute to the cause of healthy plat-based eating: varied and tasty dishes, nutritious, inviting, offered with sobriety, straight to the substance, economically sustainable.
