Chosen for lunch after reading about it in Luciano Pignataro's column, it immediately lived up to expectations.
The location is modern and elegant, with a refined table setting. The wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable.
The truffle-filled egg in its nest was fabulous, as was the potato millefeuille. Followed by tagliolini with a generous portion of white truffle and perfectly glazed ravioli del plin. Finally, we indulged in the duck in the woods, a bold yet perfectly balanced flavor.
The desserts were delicious, and the bill was fair.

I would have liked to experience the chef's mastery, which from what I tasted I believe has excellent potential. Since it was Sunday and there were too many of us (8), they told us that the menu would be limited so as not to overwhelm the kitchen and cause too much waiting at the table. I appreciated the clarification beforehand. The reality was that we could only choose one first course and one second course. We waited at the table for almost three hours for two courses plus dessert despite the restaurant not being full. I consider the chef to be good but the kitchen disorganized, and the service absolutely needs to be reviewed. The wine list is excellent, with some fine selection bottles.

I'm writing because I called to make a reservation for tomorrow and was incredibly rude. They even told me I couldn't make a reservation myself.
The truth is, I'm curious about culinary things; I love these kinds of events.
But it's horrible that they organize an event like this. Someone calls to make a reservation, and all they do is scare them away.
The people serving us are amazing.
The chef is exceptional.

It's been two years since my first visit to "N'ata Luna," a true professional discovery. Fortunately, it hasn't been the only one since: we've returned four or five more times, and today's experience confirms that this restaurant is a true gem.
The cuisine continues to fascinate, maintaining strong ties to local tradition while always successfully offering elegant and well-crafted international fusion dishes. It's a constantly evolving gastronomic journey, never ceasing to surprise while remaining true to the quality of the local area.
But what makes every return special is the atmosphere and the staff. The owner is exceptionally kind and attentive, even meticulous, with a warmth that makes us feel more and more pampered with each visit.
Alongside her, Danilo, the dining room manager, is a figure we admire for his consistency: welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We now trust his recommendations implicitly. "N'ata Luna" isn't just a restaurant; it's a guarantee. A place that, with every visit, manages to surpass itself thanks to the quality of its cuisine and the passion of its owners.
