Absolutely excellent experience for my wife and I’s first dinner in Roma. For drinks we both started with a Hugo spritz, which was very refreshing. For our antipasto we had the calamarelle fritte. With a squeeze of fresh lemon over the top it made for the perfect starter. My wife ordered the carbonara, and I got the pormidoro with shrimp and cherry tomatoes. Both were perfect. Finished the evening with a fantastic dish of affogato. Outstanding, friendly service and overall a wonderful experience.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere welcoming, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. After we finished our meal, my sister realized she had left a shopping bag with some items at our table. When we returned, the staff had set it aside and kept it safe for us. That level of care made our experience even more memorable. We ate here twice on our trip to Rome. Their pasta and hamburger was to die for! Can't wait to go back!

Near Fontana a restaurant from South Italy , recommend genovese pasta . The wine from Calabria , Ischia was also good. Table service excellent.

Despite the rude and annoying waiter, who was of Indian descent and thought he was the Italian Prime Minister, we had a good time because we were with friends. The prices were a bit higher than local prices. Would we go again? Absolutely not.

12/02/2026: I had the spaghetti carbonara and the pizza with salami. Food was decent, it wasn't out of this world good, but no complaints. Service was good and prices were ok as well. It's right by the Piazza, A train and near the museums. Good food after walking all day.
12/02/2026: Great place, good food and excellent service. We ate two pizzas, with a wonderful crust: four cheeses and Regina Margherita. Plus a Tiramisu that's already famous there. Italian delights. I recommend it! We even got two complimentary bottles of limoncello on the way out. The service at Hossain was divine.
