From the very first bite, it was clear: this isn't just plain pasta – it's pure magic on a plate. The aroma, the texture, the flavor – everything perfectly balanced. The pecorino melted with the velvety egg yolk to create a sauce that wrapped itself around the rigatoni like silk, while the guanciale, with its delicate seasoning, enhanced every bite. I had to close my eyes to truly experience this moment – ​​it was so heavenly, intense, and perfect. The service and ambiance were also outstanding – warm, professional, and simply a place where you feel at home. But the focus is clearly on this dreamy Rigatoni Carbonara, which you simply have to try at least once in your life. A culinary experience you'll never forget – simply divine and absolutely recommended!

The food was very good, as was the service. The tableware is beautiful. But what I liked most was the chocolate ice cream. A turning point in my chocolate ice cream experience.

Had a delicious parmigiana di melanzane and aubergine fritters with a side of zucchini. The place felt authentic and the waiting time was not long although the restaurant seemed full. Probably our best meal in 3 days of visiting Rome, also topping places that were aiming to be of a higher caliber.

Nice food, but extremely expensive...

We had made a reservation before going, but it was no use. When we arrived and tried to say we had a reservation, they yelled "30 minutes." I tried again, and they yelled it back from a few feet away. So we waited in line. The food was excellent. We ordered three dishes and a dessert for two, and it was delicious. I highly recommend the carbonara and tiramisu. The service was very slow. Perhaps it's faster during the week.

Lugar encantador con buena comida italiana. Teníamos una cena aquí. Genial sin embargo tuvimos incluso mejores : - ) Uno de los camareros era el estilo “demasiado” popular que no preferimos. Todavía un buen lugar para ir con buenas comidas y buen ambiente.

Las opciones de pasta son limitadas (es decir, no hacen una gran variedad es decir, raviolis etc no es una opción) tampoco hacen pizza por lo que esto no le vendrá bien a todas las familias - a pesar de esto, los platos que sí hacen ! , los hacen muy bien.
