Proposte molto interessanti con abbinamenti molto creativi e, soprattutto, con ottimi risultati. Grande attenzione ai prodotti del territorio. La mia scelta è stata: sfera di melanzana, molto saporita e molto particolare; uovo morbido al tartufo estivo, un’esplosione di sapori esaltati dalla mentuccia selvatica e caponata, saporita e ben equilibrata nei sapori. Un posto che merita sicuramente una sosta per la creatività della chef e per le ottime proposte.

The experience in this small place, or more precisely in this Ristobottega, was certainly positive. I discovered it thanks to the reviews on Tripadvisor and Google and from having been selected by the Michelin Guide as Bib Gurmand, but also after doing some research on the Internet where I understood and appreciated the philosophy of Namo. From theory I moved on to practice by tasting the offerings of this place during dinner on Saturday 15 June. The dishes prepared by the Chef and owner of Namo Tiziana Favi, assisted by Chef Hassan Ismail Mohamed, are carefully prepared, well executed and with a pinch of imagination and originality that doesn't hurt. The anchovies stuffed with smoked provola cheese and courgette flowers deserve a special mention. chickpea cream with a straight groove and its mayonnaise, the aubergine sphere with Caciofiore cream from the Roman countryside, tomato sauce, basil pesto and above all the husbandzzo with cranberries, creamed cod, red onion and raspberry chutney. Original but at the same time very tasty and interesting. The desserts tasted, although good, are unfortunately not up to the standard of the previous dishes. Wine list with interesting proposals with more than honest prices.

L’esperienza in questo piccolo locale anzi più esattamente in questa Ristobottega è stata senz’altro positiva. L’ho scoperto grazie alle recensioni su Tripadvisor e su Google e dall’essere stato selezionato dalla Guida Michelin come Bib Gurmand, ma anche dopo aver fatto qualche ricerca su Internet dove ho compreso ed apprezzato la filosofia di Namo. Dalla teoria sono passato alla pratica assaggiando le proposte di questo locale durante la cena di sabato 15 giugno. I piatti preparati dalla Chef e titolare di Namo Tiziana Favi, coadiuvata dallo ChefHassan Ismail Mohamed, sono curati, ben eseguiti e con un pizzico di fantasia e di originalità che non guasta. Meritano una menzione particolare le alici imbottite di provola affumicata, fiori di zucca. crema di cece dal solco dritto e la sua maionese, la sfera di melanzana con crema di Caciofiore della campagna romana, sugo di pomodoro, pesto di basilico e soprattutto il maritozzo ai mirtilli rossi, baccalà mantecato, chutney di cipolle rosse e lamponi. Originale ma allo stesso tempo molto gustoso ed interessante. I dolci assaggiati, pur buoni, non sono purtroppo all’altezza dei precedenti piatti. Carta dei vini con interessanti proposte con prezzi più che onesti.

Loved my birthday dinner here. Fantastic 6 course menu plus wine pairing under €100, good luck trying to find a deal like that anywhere. Food was presented beautifully and we loved the experimentation from the chef. Great wines too. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic lunch here in early May. The food was delicious and the setting was really relaxing. The owner served us, and his recommendations were excellent. It's worth a side trip from the expressway!

Don’t be fooled by the location by the road and the simple terrace. Friendly host and his wife who’s the chef. Try the Vignarola, a typical Italian dish. Overall great experience!

The dishes are well prepared and the combinations are very good. The atmosphere was very pleasant both for the place and for the courtesy of the staff.
