Philosophy and research reflected in the flavors and dishes, of great taste and authenticity. Personally I would prefer to receive the bread after ordering, the water can be served before leaving it at the table, a cutlery rest to match the delicious table setting. A warm thank you for the smile and the welcome.

Tried the vegan options here. The food quality is very good and I possibly had the best seitan ever. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Price is a bit high and food quantity could be more generous. Overall recommended for vegans in Tarquinia.

If I decided to give 4 stars to the food, service and environment, why is the final rating 3 stars? The reason is that we had a great time but found it really overpriced. Of course: the prices were clearly displayed on the menu and we agreed.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante il giorno di Pasqua per un pranzo in famiglia. Il personale è accogliente e preparato , hanno saputo spiegarci bene ogni piatto e abbiamo trascorso un viaggio attraverso degli ottimi sapori e prodotti di qualità. Esperienza eccellente.

A fantastic find only 20 mins from Civitavecchia, which is a great introduction to Italian cuisine for those who are short stays from cruise ships.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati in questo piccolo e grazioso ristorante , arredato con gusto e siamo rimasti felicemente sorpresi sia per le splendide persone che lo gestiscono e per la cucina. Abbiamo optato per un menù di degustazione di euro 70 ciascuno di 7 portate con piatti eseguiti con maestria lasciandoci sorpresi . Piatti da consigliare: i carciofi in due consistenze super, zuppa di cipolle migliore di quella francese, la carne eccelsa perché frollata e tagliata a verso in modo da essere più tenera,e il dessert un fantastico zabaione! Che dire ci avete sorpreso non pensavamo che a Tarquinia ci fosse un locale del genere chapeau.
