Nagoya Sushi Restaurant In Firenze

I went to the Nagoya Japanese restaurant with three friends and I can say that it was an excellent experience from every point of view. Food: Everything was simply delicious. Each dish, from sushi to sashimi, through creative rolls and hot dishes, was prepared with great care and the freshest ingredients. The flavor combinations were balanced and perfectly harmonious. The kindness of the staff deserves a special mention. Always smiling and available, they made lunch even more pleasant, offering us attentive service without ever being intrusive. The location is designed with attention to detail, with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that makes the meal even more enjoyable. The furnishings combine modernity and tradition, creating a perfect combination to immerse yourself in Japanese culture.

I had read some bad reviews but I wanted to try it anyway. Nice atmosphere, the only positive note. Staff not at all welcoming, really low level sushi, all the Rolls tasted the same. In short, absolutely not recommended. I gave 3 stars just to encourage them to do better.

Lunch All you can eat menu at €13.50. Cover charge, drinks and dessert obviously not included. Poor lunch menu with lots of rice and only one sashimi and only 1 tiny piece that can be ordered. No wakame seaweed, just two types of classic ravioli, a 300 ml hot sake €8. Really poor menu and nothing fishy apart from tiny pieces in the nighiri or uramaki. Soy spaghetti with too many "omelette" pieces inside. We had to ask for the sashimi because it didn't arrive. I noticed that all the tables were complaining about the lack of a dish. The dessert was still from the fridge/freezer. The portions are not abundant, but on this better. Maybe dinner is richer. Overall the service is slow, but friendly and the place and environment are tidy and pleasant.

Frankly, the price/quality ratio seems a bit excessive to me Five of us spent €41.40 each for dinner on Saturday (menu at €29.90) I think you pay the cover charge separately Total 206.80 Drinking 3 haiashi beers, 2 waters A little girl only took chips and white rice To take away leftovers we had to pay €10 extra The quality is good, the place is nice and new, but..... In short, there are other places

I returned to eat in this restaurant after 9 years, I remembered not having eaten too well but I wanted to try again and I was happy with it. On the menu we find a wide choice of "typical" but also more complex dishes. The internal environment has changed, it is very welcoming: the internal room also has secluded Japanese-style tables, very nice to look at. The food, quality and preparations seem to have improved since the last time, I would have to go back to confirm it. Too bad only for the strong smell left on the clothes and the booking method: via QR Code, certainly cutting-edge but not easy and immediate to understand. I would recommend maybe reviewing the software

I love this place, I always come here for dinner, they really have a huge choice of dishes, including some very special ones. The quality of the food is excellent and the environment is nice and the service is fantastic!

Best all you can eat tried so far in Florence. Just a tip on improving the somewhat confusing ordering app.

It didn't convince me. Rushed and careless service at least at lunch with the you can eat, yet there weren't even that many people. You have to order with the QR code and it is not always clear what can be ordered only once and what cannot. The sushi was nothing special, the ravioli and ramen were good, otherwise everything was without infamy or praise.

Great food, friendly attendants, and reasonable prices. The only thing missing was some surrounding music, for the place was otherwise mostly silent, which is unusual, but super simple to fix.
