Nagoya sushi Restaurant (Pistoia) In Pistoia

Good, well-cooked food. There isn't much choice in the all-inclusive lunch package.

I went there in January 2024 with my girlfriend when I was on vacation nearby. The food was truly excellent, the all-you-can-eat menu was very good, and the wait time was decent, especially since it didn't seem to be too crowded. The only flaw was perhaps the ambiance, which didn't leave much room for privacy, and even though the nicest part of the restaurant is open, they don't let you sit there (perhaps intended for those who choose the restaurant menu?). But the best thing, at least when we went, was THE SOY SAUCE. I don't know how they make it, but I SWEAR I could drink it on its own and it didn't disgust me; it was so good, I've never found it anywhere else, unfortunately 😿😿😿😿

My experience at Nagoya in Pistoia was a true sensory journey. Upon entering, I was greeted by an elegant and discreet atmosphere, far removed from the chaos of typical Japanese restaurants. The restaurant, with its minimalist furnishings and soft lighting, creates a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere. I decided to trust the chef, and I didn't regret it. The tuna belly sashimi, a delicate pink and marbled color, literally melted in my mouth, leaving a rich and enveloping flavor. Next, the nigiri, especially the red shrimp and amberjack, confirmed the exceptional quality of the fish, served fresh and expertly prepared. The real surprise was an uramaki with scampi and black truffle, a bold and unexpected combination that amazed me. The sweetness of the scampi balanced perfectly with the intense aroma of the truffle, making every bite a unique experience. Overall, Nagoya undoubtedly deserves its four stars. It's not just a restaurant, but a high-end culinary experience that has left me wanting to return to discover more of their creations. A true gem for lovers of authentic sushi, where every dish reflects the passion and artistry of its creator.

Excellent all-you-can-eat, fast service. Exquisite dishes at great prices. The place is pleasant and well-decorated, but a little dated these days. The menu has been expanded and the dishes are very good. Update: The sushi and all the dishes are exceptional, the best I've ever had. The place is a bit old now, the walls need painting. The prices have gone up.
