Nagoya In Bologna

We discovered Nagoya by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is intimate and refined. But the real icing on the cake is the impressive selection of truly excellent and original vegetarian dishes. We returned with omnivorous relatives, who confirmed the quality of their cuisine. We'll definitely be back, hopefully soon!

the food is average but what makes the difference in a commercial activity are the employees, the staff hired to work... they are the business card of the restaurant well in this specific case of this restaurant they would in my opinion need to be reviewed especially a young Italian girl of about 27-28 years old.

I love Asian cuisine and frequent many restaurants. I stumbled upon this place by chance, and my wife, my large dog, and I were greeted with great kindness. Unlike many restaurants, the food is family-style. The sushi is impeccably made, just like in Japan, and the rice is at the perfect temperature—not taken out of the fridge for the occasion or freshly made, but warm as it should be. All the dishes are prepared with care, using fresh, carefully selected ingredients. The atmosphere is simple and relaxed, just how we like it. We live in Loiano and only come here to eat when we're craving Chinese, Japanese, or Thai dishes. Excellent!

Years ago, I moved to the area and ordered something to try out the cuisine, and from then on, whether for takeout or in-person, I've never left them. The food is excellent and of the highest quality, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Extremely clean and the service is fast. A guarantee for me!
