I confirm the particular attention to intolerances and allergens, the gluten-free soy sauce was immediately brought to my daughter. Lunch with all you can eat formula and drinks €18 each. I went to this sushi place for dinner this week. I have celiac disease and I called to let them know. They were very helpful and brought me the gluten-free soy sauce as soon as it arrived. When you order just indicate "gluten free" and they will notify the kitchen. They have a closed kitchen where they make the fried food, while the sushi is made in the dining room. Good sushi, gunkan highly recommended.
