I enjoyed lunch at the Novotel Milano Linate Aeroporto, and I believe the experience deserves to be noted as excellent. Overall, it has some impressive qualities: the atmosphere is refined and elegant without being formal or uncomfortable (the view of the garden and pool is incredibly relaxing), the food is carefully prepared and of high quality, with original dishes crafted with intelligence and taste, surprising and satisfying without resorting to pointless stylistic exercises. But the real added value is the staff: in an industry where professionalism often risks becoming impersonal, here you perceive a genuine attention to the customer – from the moment you arrive, you are treated with a rare care that makes you feel immediately at ease. Raul deserves a special mention: young, but already impeccable in his service. He possesses that precious quality that cannot be taught: a personal touch that manages to be simultaneously courteous, respectful, and warm – attentive, never intrusive, present when needed, discreet when appropriate. Bravo. And congratulations to the entire team, who transformed an excellent lunch into a rare, high-quality experience. Highly recommended.

Wow! The food is delicious. I tried the linguine with creamed asparagus and red shrimp. Sublime.
