Cannoli fantastici. Sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno preparato cannoli da viaggio anche se con poco preavviso. Two thumbs up!

Excellent pastry shop. Small and large quality pastry shops. Try the small Sicilian cannoli (you can finally taste the real ricotta), and the cigars with ricotta and pistachio are also nice. Made in foil with additional ricotta desserts (puffs with chocolate chips and ricotta handkerchief). If you like Sicilian pastries, even if not touristy, you absolutely must make a stop.

I'm not going to be pretentious by saying that they are the best but the value for money is objectively hard to beat, eg the arrancino are 1€50 when elsewhere they will be 2€50 if not more. The rest follows.

Pasticceria con laboratorio annesso, e ampia scelta di dolce ma anche di salato. Noi abbiamo fatto colazione per 4 giorni e abbiamo provato diversi dolci, tra cui cannoli, che puoi personalizzare al momento, brioches, cassate, biscotti, bignè e paste alle mandorle. Tutto molto buono e fresco di produzione. I prezzi sono bassi. Si può anche prendere da bere e viene servito in contenitori di carta su 2 tavolini interni

Discovered in February 2023 during the feast of Sant'Agata, in my opinion it is a Catanese excellence, cannoli, Sant'Agata olives superlative, rotisserie a pleasure, every time I arrive in Catania from Lombardy a visit is a must, honest prices, courteous owners.

29/04/2025: Mother Santuzza!! I would have eaten it all! Variety, quality, special ingredients for the sandwiches. Then a lot of friendliness and availability, and an evocative environment. The only flaw is the steep staircase to access the table area.
17/04/2025: Evocative atmosphere in an ancient stately building with stone walls, soft lights and relaxing music. Warm welcome and friendly service. The starter was excellent: veal with tuna sauce with blackberry jam, surprising and well balanced. Then we ordered two second courses: the fillet with green pepper (impeccably cooked) and the larded pork fillet with apple cream, field vegetables and hazelnuts – a successful combination of flavours. Two local beers and full dinner for €67. Recommended for those looking for quality and an authentic atmosphere.
