I have to say that it is among the best pastry shops ever, we tried two pistachio and lemon desserts with a sponge cake base, indescribable taste and consistency and then also the granita, exceptional, the lady was very kind, the place was closing, and the prices then... we spent in total only €4.50, truly 5 stars, we will definitely come back here, absolutely the best so far tried in Catania.

Pasticceria Musumeci is one of those joys that will turn your vacation around. The cannoli, made on site, are the best I've ever eaten. The granita is the best I've ever had. The savory treats are delicious. We also got the almond paste to go. Super fair prices, and the clerks are polite and old-fashioned. Go there, you won't regret it.

Cannoli fantastici. Sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno preparato cannoli da viaggio anche se con poco preavviso. Two thumbs up!

Excellent pastry shop. Small and large quality pastry shops. Try the small Sicilian cannoli (you can finally taste the real ricotta), and the cigars with ricotta and pistachio are also nice. Made in foil with additional ricotta desserts (puffs with chocolate chips and ricotta handkerchief). If you like Sicilian pastries, even if not touristy, you absolutely must make a stop.

26/08/2025: This is my second time here. I've found truly five-star service. I don't think you can do better. It's the typical Sicilian factory-style hospitality. The whole-wheat pizza was delicious, with top-quality ingredients. The knives aren't very sharp, but that's a minor detail. The location is beautiful, just a few meters from the sea, immersed in a green oasis, a romantic, serene atmosphere, and definitely highly recommended. Finally, the real surprise is the price, which was very, very affordable. I'd like to thank the management for their kindness.
19/08/2025: Fish specialties. We ordered fish starters and a Palermo-style cutlet. Overall, they were good, average for the place.
