We were there last night!! Friendly and helpful staff. We had a house appetizer with a mixed grill, sliced ​​meat and spaghettoni, courgette bacon and pecorino. EVERYTHING EXCELLENT!! Very elegant location!!

Found by chance on Google before arriving in Fiuggi, I was looking for a restaurant with typical cuisine near the spa where I was staying, it was a very pleasant discovery! The tartare was an excellent start, we continued on the advice of the very young waitress Eddy to take the parmigiana and it was truly an excellent choice. The wine was no less, Eddy's explanation convinced me immediately and I was very happy, the Cesanese di Olevano Romano, truly an excellent wine of quality and price. Ham cut with a knife in sight, excellent! Very good first course, rich in flavor and seasoning. To finish, the mixed grill, every type of meat cooked on the grill in a divine way! Visited several times and the whole team are so accommodating. I normally like to try different things on the menu each time I visit a restaurant, but am struggling not to order the caprese and ribs every time I go because they are soooo good!

I had already been to Museum several times, and last night I returned for dinner: the experience was, as always, very positive, the dishes excellent and well prepared, as was the service. The exceptional cacio e pepe with truffle, top marks!!! The quality and authenticity of the ingredients selected by Museum far surpass some restaurants (even famous or starred ones) that I have tried over the years. Sometimes the most traditional dishes are the best, especially when they are made as well as you do. Until next time!

Location molto bella e personale molto gentile e professionale. Ho sempre dato 10, ma purtroppo questa volta c’è stata la penalizzazione del cambio chef che si è notata parecchio. Comunque qualità del cibo ottima.

Purtroppo lo chef è cambiato, ed è stato un gran dispiacere in quanto pur non essendo di zona, l’anno scorso siamo andati quasi ogni weekend. Non amo scrivere recensioni negative, soprattutto su questo locale che per noi era il nostro posto preferito.. mi limiterò a fare i complimenti alle ragazze di sala che sono sempre cortesi, sorridenti e deliziose. La qualità del cibo ed il menù purtroppo non si avvicinano nemmeno lontanamente a ciò che era prima. Se dovessi dare il voto su questi due parametri non sarebbe classificabile. Peccato. Su queste basi i prezzi diventano decisamente alti.
