Recommended by the receptionist of the Fiuggi Terme hotel, a real experience! Warm and professional welcome in a slightly vintage, slightly garage atmosphere... the waiter took us to the table and immediately offered us the house's excellences which we immediately accepted! A Prussian Florentine steak weighing approximately 1 kg accompanied by a salad of fennel, olives and oranges. Appetizer of knife-cut ham and various bruschetta. Wine chosen by me without paper, which naturally was not missing and served by an expert and competent guy. All surrounded by 883 songs in the background. What can I say... to be repeated very and very often

We stopped in for a quick lunch because we were running out of time and they were kind in serving us. For this reason we did not choose grilled meat, which I think is the specialty, and we chose something else but everything was good. We didn't have wine.

What can I say, honest prices, fantastic starters, everything truly excellent, not to mention the meat!!!!!! , excellent!!!!!!!!.. cooked in front of you by the owner!!!!!very kind and friendly staff. Goeeee!!!!

Ottima esperienza. Siamo capitati in questo ristorante dall’atmosfera piacevole. Ottima cucina e altrettanto il servizio. Abbiamo assaggiato dei tagliolini all’’astice eccezionali seguiti da un trancio di baccalà molto delicato e ben presentato. Insomma abbiamo trascorso un’ottima serata accompagnata oltretutto con una piacevole musica di sottofondo adatta al contesto. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Prima volta in questo ristorante di Fiuggi, l'idea è stata della mia compagna che è una convinta vegetariana, devo ammettere che aveva intuito bene, lei ha gustato i suoi piatti con soddisfazione, ma è andata bene anche a me che apprezzo pure il pesce e la carne.Stavolta ho provato la carne e ho apprezzato davvero molto, adesso sono curioso di provare quanto prima i piatti di pesce.

09/12/2024: An excellent discovery in Alatri.... Restaurant & pizzeria. Now if I want to eat fish, I go to Brio "fixed" Risotto with scampi cream Excellent😍 and Shrimp and Orange Risotto a pleasure,😋 As a second course I now take grilled sea bream accompanied with broccoli. And for dessert: I have a weakness for pistachio tiramisu.

13/12/2024: What can I say... Every time it's an emotion!!! Sensational food... 50 euros better spent.... Super hot/cold appetizer of the highest quality and varied... 4 types of Super meat that melted in your mouth and mouth-watering side dishes... Baked potatoes like this never in life and fabulous sautéed broccoli. Already you are the best there is nothing else to say!!
06/12/2024: Problem with the reservation which mortified the owner, but there really wasn't any need, because we had a good time, we ate very well and they were really nice. They handled a difficult situation in the best possible way, therefore also very professional. The food? But what are we talking about? They have ham and cheeses to be envied. The amatriciana was a painting by Giotto, the porchetta was a divine thing. You don't even pay much, everything is perfect
