Museum In Fiuggi

I found this restaurant by chance while traveling to Fiuggi. The location is very nice and welcoming, and the fireplace with the embers where they cook the various meats is very nice... The lamb chops were very good and very tender... I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We came to Fiuggi for a relaxing weekend at the spa, looking for a place to have lunch, and we noticed the restaurant's sign. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the waitress (truly kind and courteous) who seated us right away. After reading the menu, we chose several dishes: Trippa alla romana (as an appetizer) Mixed pasta with chickpeas, liquid cabbage, and cod cooked in oil (appreciation for this dish) Veal loin, about 500g (extraordinarily cooked) Sauteed escarole with black olives Coffee Wine donuts and coconut sweets (which they kindly gave us) Kindness, attention to detail and to their guests, traditional cuisine prepared well and flavorful, are the perfect adjectives for this place! What can I say...a must-see when I come to Fiuggi...dinner here is a must...everything is good, from the food to the staff...quality products and excellent grilled meat...highly recommended. Wanda

Restaurant serving traditional meat-based cuisine. We ordered a house appetizer, cod puttanesca, and meatballs in tomato sauce. Unfortunately, strong flavors aren't my thing, so I can't say I enjoyed the dinner, even though the food and portions were good quality and plentiful. The desserts (crème brulee and tiramisu) need a rethink. Not for meat lovers and those who enjoy strong flavors, but not for me. The staff was very kind and friendly and tried to accommodate my tastes. Fair prices!
