The restaurant is strategically located in the city center. The atmosphere is refined and well-kept, and the history of the place is palpable. The dishes are well-presented and good, but nothing exceptional. Prices are not cheap.

The menu was just right and perfectly suited to this early November season.
On this white truffle festival weekend, it would have been impolite not to enjoy them, whether with a beef carpaccio or some ravioli.
The wine list was extensive and catered for all budgets.
The service was a notch below what I had experienced in May of this year.
The food, the wine, and the atmosphere more than made up for it.
Note that you dine in the cellar...claustrophobes beware.

Once you descend the stairs into the restaurant, you find yourself in a spacious, red-brick basement. The service is attentive, and the food is simply delicious. A gem in the heart of Alba.

We came late-ish on Tuesday Oct 7, and were worried they might have closed the kitchen - but were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. Great wine chart, and all the dishes we had were wonderful. We will be back!

We had lunch at this charming restaurant. The location is splendid and intimate, and the dishes were tasty, typical of Piedmontese tradition.
The Alba truffle was also excellent.

A truly delightful place! The atmosphere is welcoming, with beautiful brick walls and a modern touch. The service is attentive and friendly—you truly feel pampered.
The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The tagliolini with truffles were simply exceptional!

We stopped for dinner, reminiscing about 4 restaurants at Borghese. It was a pleasant surprise, both for the location and the high quality of the food... everything typical of the Langhe, from the plin to the tajaret... including the Fassona beef and the desserts... everything absolutely top-notch. Pleasant and attentive service. Truffles available upon request for 10 euros per dish.
