Just spent 4 amazing hours with Maya and Chef Mossimo and the amazing staff at Museo Della pasta in Taormina, Italy doing an incredible cooking class with a group of friends on our last night in Taormina. I can’t say enough positive things about the experience we had from learning the traditional dishes and how to cook them plus sampling wine with each dish 🍷 We also had an excellent Italian band play and sing to us! We had such an amazing experience and the owner Maya was fantastic!! Excellent hospitality, absolutely delicious food and the atmosphere in this restaurant is top notch! We all left with our bellies full and smiles on our faces. I would highly recommend doing this cooking class if you’re in Taormina 🇮🇹 ❤️ 🍝 🍷

A beautiful place with a restaurant upstairs. Pasta is the main theme of this place, and the decorations are in harmony. Here you can learn to make pasta, and also eat some of the best in Sicily. They use local products and of course, they make their own pasta. I recommend having dessert too.

Delicious food with that special something, a great atmosphere, and, above all, exceptionally friendly service and hospitality. A definite recommendation!

My wife and I wanted to include a cooking class in our visit to Sicily. We came across a small sign at the entrance that there were a few places left for a workshop that was taking place that day. We ate 5 delicious dishes accompanied by 4 types of wine. We met wonderful people who shared with us the gastronomic experience of preparing Sicilian food. Maya and Massimo were true professionals. Thank you for an unforgettable afternoon🏅Recommended for the food and the atmosphere.

Location ottima per qualunque occasione. Posizione comoda atmosfera rilassante. Sevizio e qualità superlativi. I piatti preparati da Chef Massimo sono squisiti genuini e riportano i veri sapori degli ingredienti. Il tris di tartare super!!! Ve lo consigliamo. Ci torneremo!

Wij konden zonder reservering terecht omdat we vroeg waren, maar tip 1: reserveer op tijd! We hebben fantastisch gegeten. We startten met de vegetarische bruschetta, een proeverij van vier verschillende 'taartjes' van groenten en smaakrijke mousse, aanrader! Daarna koos de ene de 'pink lady risotto' met een zachte hint van gorgonzola, uitstekend bereid!, en de ander een pasta, ook uitstekend van smaak en textuur. Een glas prima witte Grillo erbij, die met elke slok nog beter smaakte. Als dessert de beste tiramisu die wij de afgelopen twee weken op Sicilië hebben geproefd - zacht als een wolkje, goede likeur erin - en een caffè americano, ook weer perfect. De sfeer is informeel, de muziek zacht en authentiek, en de dame die ons hielp, was vriendelijk, oplettend en had verstand van zaken. Toen wij vetrokken, stond er een rij aspirant-gasten te wachten en wij hopen voor hen dat het lukt een tafeltje te bemachtigen in dit voortreffelijke restaurant! De prijzen zijn normaal voor Taormina en wij vonden de verhouding prijs - kwaliteit zeer goed.
