Great restaurant to have an italian dinner. The pasta, the risotto and also the meat were perfect. The location and the service were great. And the prices are similar to other places in Taormina. I strongly recommend the pasta caramelle and the panna cotta.

The taste is very good and the layout is very atmospheric, especially the balcony on the second floor

Food: 10/10 Attention: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10 Location: 10/10 We ate incredible meat, incredible rissoto, incredible tagliatelli noodles, pasta called caramel that is not sweet and has a lot of cheese. On top of that they gave us some pasta stuffed with meat. We ended up eating a pana cota which was the best I had ever eaten in my life.

We saw the beautiful Christmas decorations outside and decided to try the restaurant! WOW! What a fantastic place! The owners were so accommodating and so pleasant. Food was outstanding! I would definitely go back again! Next time, I want to take the cooking lessons! We went again in 2024 and still an excellent choice! Highly recommend to all. Will return again next year—2025!

¡Qué tiempo tuvimos en el Museo della Pasta! Seguramente esta clase de cocina fue un punto culminante de nuestra experiencia Taormina. Había oído que era un gran momento... ¡pero superó con creces todas nuestras expectativas! Éramos un grupo de 11 familiares y amigos todos muy emocionados de descubrir estas recetas sicilianas. La clase consistió en una comida de cinco platos con deliciosos maridajes de vinos y créeme, ¡el vino fluía! Si bien fue una clase de cocina, resultó ser una fiesta de principio a fin. Maya, la dueña del restaurante, es una joya absoluta de una mujer tan dulce, amable y con un gran conocimiento de la comida. Al hacer la reserva, Maya me había dicho por teléfono que haría una gran experiencia para nosotros ... y definitivamente cumplió! Su personal, Violetta y Sergio simplemente adorable... e incluso la chef Paula, que estaba cocinando para el restaurante y comenzó a trabajar después de que nuestro evento había comenzado, se unió a nuestra diversión. El chef Carmelo Russo dirigió nuestra clase... es un hombre encantador que nos enseñó a hacer la más deliciosa Parmigiana de Berenjena, Caponata Agridulce, Pasta alla Norma, Pez Espada Involtini y Cannoli. A lo largo de la clase nos dio grandes consejos sobre por qué se preparan diferentes elementos de cierta manera, nos enseñó una técnica realmente genial de freír encima de papel pergamino y cómo hacer pasta fresca a la antigua. El chef Carmelo era muy atractivo, divertido, amable y conocedor... y, sí, un cocinero increíble! Todo lo que preparamos fue absolutamente delicioso... tanto que mi esposo está planeando incorporar los rollos de pez espada del chef Carmelo en nuestra propia Fiesta de Nochebuena de los Siete Peces. Eran realmente increíbles. ¡No puedo empezar a expresar la diversión que tuvimos cocinando, bebiendo, bailando y cantando! Lástima que Trip Advisor no permite videos... tenemos algunas imágenes geniales de la diversión de todos. Si planeas estar en Taormina, asegúrate de reservar la clase... ¡no lo lamentarás!
