The quality of all the products is top-notch, and the staff is super helpful! My wife has recently become lactose intolerant, and they offered us a ton of delicious options. Highly recommended!

The coffee and products are good, but the staff is among the rudest I've ever encountered. Every time I come, I find different waiters with the same rude attitude.
Asking even a simple question seems almost annoying, and the way they speak to customers is truly unprofessional. It's a shame, because the place would be nice, but with this kind of service, I won't be returning.

Stopped by MUG in Trieste after a long day of sightseeing, and it was the perfect place to catch my breath. I ordered a Cappuccino MUG and tiramisu with Nutella—an interesting combo, but surprisingly delicious. The place has a really nice, relaxed vibe, with a clear focus on quality coffee and desserts, making it a pleasant spot for a sweet break.
The service was efficient, although a warmer smile and a slightly more relaxed pace with clearing tables could make the experience even more welcoming. 😉

Super professional and friendly staff! We booked the wedding cake and they set up a personalized appointment to discuss our every need in detail, both in terms of flavor and shape. They even offered us coffee, a truly appreciated gesture.
The cake was simply delicious and, more importantly, it was exactly how I imagined and requested it. Plus, they also offer delivery service, an added bonus not everyone can offer.
