MU Dimsum In Milano

Excellent quality food at a reasonably decent price. The very knowledgeable staff helped me choose what would be the best. I tried various things and was very happy with the food and service. Recommend to go with the tasting menu for the complete experience.

I went there because it was near my hotel, plus the google reviews were good. Hind sight, my expectation was too high. I should have gone to a less “upscale” but more traditional Chinese dim sum place instead. It is NOT authentic especially the way they prepare your tea. They use tepid warm water versus the Chinese use very hot, nearly boiling water to make tea. The tea is tasteless despite they show a very impressive and very expensive tea menu. It is the perfect example of Form over Function. The dim sum is just OK. The content of the dumplings are fresh and not overly seasoned. However the wrapper i.e. the “skin” of the dumpling is way too thick. They obviously don’t have the knowledge about truely good dumpling should have thin wrapper that is so thin to make the wrapper almost transparent, that you can see the content inside. Theirs is a failure in this regard. The steamed “Cha Siu” wide rice noodle wrap is a joke because the “Cha Siu” definitely is NOT the authentic Cantonese bbq style pork. It is more like chopped small pork pieces that were cooked with soy sauce. It is a fusion cuisine. That is fine as long as they stop being pretentious that they serve authentic Chinese dim sum dishes, because they do not. It may be good enough for those who have very little knowledge on Chinese Dim Sum. But if you know how Chinese especially Cantonese Dim Sum dishes should be, don’t go there or don’t have high expectation if you go the first time. That said, the lady who seemingly is the highest ranked staff at that place, really know what customer service recovery should be. For that, she deserves a praise.

Tried the tasting menu and was pleasantly surprised. The dishes very good. The cost was around €70 per person, excluding wine.

It is an excellent restaurant, delicious food and impeccable service. A nice atmosphere with beautifully lit tables. Really recommended.

Elegant atmosphere with soft lighting sets the one for a refined dining experience. Authentic Chinese cuisine of remarkable quality, and service is both attentive and professional. We made a last minute reaervation so our table was a bit too close to another, but definitely a place to recommend

High level Chinese cuisine!! Nice environment, high prices In addition to the dimsun and bao I recommend the pork with honey and spices, the honey ice cream, delicious but perhaps a little small

The dim sum is 100% tasty and typical, beautiful and elegant ambience, and the desserts are really amazing! ^_^

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal this evening. Service from the staff was excellent, friendly and welcoming. Food was wonderful, flavorsome and very well presented. Will definitely be going again next time we’re in Milan.

Ospite per un pranzo di lavoro ho avuto modo di provare questo ottimo ristorante. Buona l’ accoglienza, bello il locale, tavoli comodi e distanziati, piatti ottimi e di sicura qualità. Una cantina favolosa e con profonda scelta completa il tutto insieme ad un servizio attento e puntuale. Mi sono ripromesso di tornarci con la famiglia per una cena con più tempo e calma.

In Questo ristorante si respira aria asiatica di alto livello , dim Sun stellari piatti caratteristici , per non parlare dell’anatra , buonissima !
