Food was mostly spectacular — particularly the tagliolini pistacho sea bream, Sligo la melé culurgionis gambero, and paperdelle ragú. Tiramisu was very goood and the sea bass tartare was not very good.

My husband and I landed at this cozy bistro looking for healthy food after discarding a series of restaurants that couldn't satisfy my allergies to pepper & spices. In the bistro the food is made to order and the quality of the raw materials is excellent. Of course, since the food is prepared on the spot, the waiting time is perhaps longer (but not excessive) than in other restaurants, but I gladly wait to enjoy fresh, genuine and quality dishes. The owner and the kitchen staff are great. Prices in line with what you eat. Really great

We had a delicious lunch at Mr Clood today, Monday. Everything was so freshly prepared. I had the Sea bass Tagliolini, my husband had Tagliolini with mussels and cherry tomatoes with a side of zucchini with Parmesan crust. All very tasty and generous portions. Finished off with Creme Brulee and a glass of Limoncello...perfect!

We had dinner at Mr. Clood in Trastevere for our 3rd wedding anniversary, and it was nothing short of perfect. The entire experience—from the food to the service—was top tier. We started with two standout carpaccios: a sea bass with fig jam that was to die for and a shrimp carpaccio that was fresh and flavorful. I’m convinced they could serve sea bass a hundred different ways here and every version would be incredible. For my main, I had the whole sea bass with apples—unexpected and absolutely heavenly. Every bite was delicate, thoughtful, and bursting with flavor. To top it all off, my husband accidentally left his phone behind, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in making sure we got it back. Kind, attentive, and genuinely lovely people. Mr. Clood is a true gem in the heart of Trastevere. If you’re visiting Rome, don’t miss this place. It’s warm, inventive, and unforgettable.

Highly recommend. Perfect anniversary dinner with more complex food options, which we love. Had a sea bass carpaccio with fig that was to die for. Every dish was perfect. Can’t say enough positive about this place.

We had a lovely lunch here yesterday. Delicious fresh food, good service and a nice outdoor setting that was tucked away on a quieter street. Highly recommend!

Wonderful food. Probably some of the best food I've had in the 10 days I've been in Italy. The service was good, but not super quick because the one waitress was quite busy. The atmosphere was basic but certainly nice and quieter than many of the nearby places.
