Good facilities, excellent professionalism

I've been going to this gym for years. It's not among the cheapest, but it initially offered many services. However, in the last couple of years, the environment has deteriorated significantly in terms of hygiene (fitness rooms and changing rooms), overcrowding, and poor maintenance. The final straw was that they didn't turn on the air conditioning during the summer, claiming it was broken. Another problem—for me specifically—is that on Tuesdays and Thursdays they open too late (8:30 a.m.), which leaves me missing half the morning. So for all these reasons, I won't be renewing my membership at the end of the year. February 13, 2026 After some time, I can say the situation has improved. Perhaps it's due to the lower attendance. I've renewed my membership. We'll see how it goes next summer.

Beautiful and comfortable facility. The swimming lessons with Paolo were excellent. It's a shame about the very long Christmas break, which was managed in a rigid manner. Some difficulty taking advantage of the promotions.

I've been coming to this facility since it opened. I've always been satisfied with both the facility and its organization. I renewed my membership a few days ago with Silvia's advice. A special mention goes to her. She's always kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

I've been a member of Italiana Fitness, along with my daughter and niece, for several years, and this year we renewed our membership for another three years. I love the atmosphere and what IF offers its members, from the gyms, indoor and outdoor pools, relaxation area with spa, and weight room. I also like the opening hours, the ability to visit all three IF centers at your convenience, and parking is both completely free in the building and in the large adjacent Metro parking lot with a cashback refund for part of the Metro ticket (€1.50 per day), which is already very affordable. In my opinion, it's one of the best centers in the area.
