Everything is spectacular. The owners treat you as if you were at home. The waitresses are geniuses, super attentive and well-disposed. Sabrina and the other waitress in the morning are the best around. I truly recommend this place if you're in Rome for breakfast or lunch. It was a pleasure to have breakfast there every morning of our stay! And now I'll leave a comment in Italian: Please leave a second review because it really deserves it. I absolutely must come here to eat spaghetti and chicken!!! I've only tried the same flavors I've tried when I'm 8 years old and have eaten the juice of my great-grandmother (now I'm 38). Ho mangiato a Roma in posti molto più appariscenti, ma nessuna delle loro paste si avvicina minimalmente a quelle che prepare Maria qui al Mozart Café, incredibili.

Came here after a busy visit at the Vatican. Close to shops, quiet and peaceful. Staff were excellent. They offered quick and hospitable service. They serve pizza, pasta, sandwiches - something for everyone. Thank you Belle for being so kind and thoughtful!

Breakfast was included in our B&B, and you get a croissant of your choice, a coffee of your choice, and a juice. The coffee is delicious, and the croissant is usually still warm and moist. The waitress was super friendly and played German music especially for us ☺️ highly recommended!

Very kind staff, pastries were good and inexpensive. Coffee probably the cheapest you can find in the Vatican area. Try the mille foglie!

We started our European holiday having breakfast at cafe Mozart and are finishing our month long holiday at the same cafe on the last day. Beautiful food served by beautiful people - open at 6am - and close to everything in the Vatican. 10 stars.

Gegen Mittag das Café besucht, sehr nette Kellnerin, schnelle Bedienung, Smaltalk wegen uns aus Deutschland mit musikalischer Untermalung. Die Chefin kam zu uns an Tisch und wünschte alles Gute. Die Getränke waren klasse, die Pizza Diabolo sehr lecker. Das kleine Cafe lohnt sich zu besuchen.

Ein nettes, kleines Bistro, in dem man vom Frühstück, über süße Waffeln bis hin zu verschiedenen herzhaften Snacks alles bekommen kann. Sehr positiv italienische Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal und zügige Bedienung. Eine der Angestellten versucht sogar gerade deutsch zu lernen. Mehrsprachigkeit der Angestellten! das Cafe Mozart bleibt uns in sehr positiver Erinnerung!
