Nice place for both young people and older people like me, good food, honest prices. I would have given 3 stars for the service, I could have given 2 or 4, 2 because we waited 40 minutes between the fried food and the pizza, 4 because my 3 stars had started off well, because in the end the manager or owner, I don't know, maybe both gave us a substantial discount for the inconvenience... telling us "I pay when I make a mistake" without us demanding it. CHAPEAU.

Hi, I'm a guy who stayed in your place for 20 days in 2007, I worked with the dredgers who did the beach renovation on the Romagna coast. I ate pizza and drank, everything was exceptional, even the bartenders, in particular Silvia, who would love to find her, can you managers help me with some information? I would thank you so much 👋👍

L'Ustereia di Du' Buto'

09/02/2025: Difficile immaginare che in un piccolo paese come Solarolo possa nascondersi un posto così. Il locale è incredibilmente bello, arredato con un’eleganza che si trova raramente, figurarsi in un’osteria. Servizio impeccabile e qualità del cibo altissima in relazione al prezzo, non c’è un motivo valido per non andarci. Nello specifico inizio eccellente con i primi, gustosi e ben bilanciati. Positivi anche i secondi, con abbinamenti anche particolari ma che sorprendono piacevolmente. Giusto il dolce un pelo sottotono però ci sta nel complesso. Conto giusto fatta eccezione per il costo del vino al calice, eccessivo per i vini scelti. Comunque consigliatissimo.
27/10/2024: Che dire!!! L’Osteria ritrovata di du butò è sempre una garanzia. Ottimo menù con qualche aggiunta di piatti extra, eccezionale servizio, notevole carta dei vini. Bella l’atmosfera sia per cene di gruppo che di coppia. Piatti romagnoli leggermente rivisitati ma comunque equilibrati e molto gustosi. Un must dei du butò è che ti possono servire al calice anche vini d’annata e importanti perchè utilizzano ll Coravin (strumento fornito di “ago” che perfora il tappo) non viene stappata la bottiglia e quindi rimangono inalterati sia il gusto che i profumi per 8/10 giorni. 07/09/2024: Couple's dinner with sea view As soon as we arrived they welcomed us with a smile. We ordered 2 drinks (spritz and a sweet non-alcoholic): the spritz well balanced and the non-alcoholic very good. As an appetizer we took 2 cod in tempura, served with a very pleasant honey and chilli sauce. Perfectly cooked fish, not greasy. Very good. We continued with the chitarrina with clams: pasta cooked al dente, well combined with the sauce, tasty but not salty. Excellent Sliced ​​tuna, served with friggitelli and caramelized onion in a superlative chimichurry sauce. Finally we had cream ice cream with cherries and white chocolate and watermelon panna cotta. All dishes with great care in preparation and presentation. Prices normal. Attentive, polite and friendly staff. Fast service Positive experience, we will definitely be back.
28/08/2024: Excellent food, cozy place and friendly and nice staff. The mixed fried food is excellent and plentiful.
