This pizzeria is great, and has very convenient prices! The pizzas are delicious! This time I also tried the montanarine, and loved them! I totally recommend this restaurant!

Varied and quality menu With top-quality ingredients (I deal with them for work and know what I'm talking about) Remarkable cured meats and appetizers, truly delicious first courses with generous portions, and the seafood pan-fried dish is noteworthy. Finally, an honorable mention for the pizza dough used in the bread making. I promise myself I'll return for the pizza because if this is what it is, it must be exceptional.

I'll start by saying I was there about a year ago, and I have to say that everything is always perfect... from the excellent pizzeria with its famous "cornicione" and high crust... well-cooked and with balanced toppings, to the seafood I tried... the service is excellent, with the discreet, courteous, and professional staff always attentive to detail, and the modern and unique atmosphere. I don't have any photos, but it's worth it. The quality/price ratio is excellent. In short, highly recommended ⭐️🔝⭐️

The pizza dough was average. Not exceptional. The beer was Moretti only, and when we requested craft beer, they defaulted to gluten-free.

13/02/2026: Unparalleled! That's the best adjective I can use to describe Ciborgo. This is my third time back, and they're spot on. From the welcome, service, food, and price, it's the best choice for both lunch and dinner in Empoli. The menu is surprising, seasonal, and incredibly inspiring, never boring, and each ingredient is expertly executed. Compliments to the chefs, staff, and owners. I'll always be happy to return, knowing I'll be eating and drinking well with friends, guests, or business partners. Thank you, Ciborgo.

16/01/2026: It's true that booking is difficult, it's always full, and it doesn't accept groups larger than—I think—8-10 people, but I would never dream of penalizing them for this, especially since they apologize profusely every time. Even when they receive compliments from all of us, it's as if it were the first time in a long time (and they receive compliments all the time), and this gives so much value to the individual customer. You can eat very well, but if the human connection is missing, an excellent place is worthless to me. I believe the potato tortelli are the best in all of Mugello, the cured meats are high-quality, often a sore point in even good restaurants, the raw materials are generally high-quality, even the meat in the main courses, all delicious, and the price is excellent. Nice people, excellent restaurant.
