The location is beautiful. The paella is good. Service quite distracted but we rewarded the owner in the vote, super kind and professional. A great host! Thank you, you made this experience even more beautiful! We will recommend it to friends and family! 👏👏

Dinner overlooking the tourist port of Alghero, welcoming and clean environment, attentive and proactive staff. Marked sensitivity towards small children and pets (crayons and coloring material and pebbles for fur babies.) Fish-based dinner, careful choice of raw materials and flavors not to be missed. I highly recommend💪

Always fantastic, great food and impeccable service

A long wait, 45 minutes , for good food to be served by a particularly sullen waitress. Meal was very nice , as was the other of the waitresses. Maybe just a bad day or hospitality not really her thing but it does take from the overall dining experience,

Cucina tradizionale con diverse proposte del giorno . Ottima carta dei vini e olii di qualità ,location molto particolare ,Daniele e la sua signora sono sempre molto attenti nel mettere a loro agio gli ospiti , il personale di sala é sempre molto disponibile e simpatico , coordinato bene da Stella che risulta sempre molto attenta nella gestione della sala e dei colleghi e colleghe ; torno sempre molto volentieri ,consiglio possibilmente di prenotare .

Sinceramente non comprendo tutte queste recensioni negative, sono già due volte che vado in questo ristorante ed entrambe le volte sia come servizio e sia i piatti sono ottimi. I miei complimenti a tutto lo staff di Daniele.

Bellissima la location, con vista sul porto e sulla città illuminata. I piatti sono buoni ma non più buoni di altri posti. Non da ricordare insomma. Prezzo nella norma.

Hmmmm.. have to say I agree with Peter S, the service here leaves a lot to be desired, in fact we walked past this place on our third night and decided to chance a table as we hadn't booked and the place was packed. The main female waitress (Manager/FOH?) found a table for us at the back of the restaurant, we didn't mind this as the atmosphere seemed good decent lighting and it was outside, and the night was extremely hot I was sweating. The joy ended there I'm afraid, I ordered the octopus salad which was really tasty, WHEN it finally arrived, and the house wine was ok, I speak Italian and no matter how many times I asked the girl serving for two glasses she did not have a clue, I ended up pointing to another table and a glass and the red, dear me. After the starter we waited for the main, culurgiones stuffed with potato and ricotta in a tomato sauce, my other half had taglione, can't remember the dish. So... we waited, waited, more people arrived, more, we waited and waited, I asked THREE separate waitresses and waiters and they all said they would check where the food was, they didn't, on the fourth occasion I changed my mood with the front-of-house, she said 'it's nearly ready' this was ONE HOUR after our starter, the wine had gone, we couldn't get the attention of anyone. The make things worse, the Manager was clearly angry with the waiting staff and made no attempt of hiding her anger and constantly had a go at all of them, it was chaos. The sad thing about MOVIDA is that it looks very nice at night, the food is actually very good, when it turns up. we spent nearly 2 hours there, only about 35 mins with food on the table. Took another 15 minutes to get the bill, despite asking three times, I threatened to walk out without paying. Looking at other reviews it seems this was not an 'off night', what shame. Would we go back?... no.
