13/04/2026: Restaurant Olinto was one of the highlights of our first stay in Cecina – and definitely a reason to return! We discovered this little gem on the recommendation of a local while searching for a good restaurant. After our first visit, we were so impressed by the quality, the honesty, and the outstanding flavor of the food that we immediately made a reservation for the next day. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the friendly welcome, the pleasant atmosphere, the attentive service, and of course, the excellent food. Even the doppio and limoncello after dinner perfectly rounded off the experience. We would especially like to commend the owner – or at least we assume it was her – who, after our second visit, surprisingly offered us a bottle of sparkling wine for our time at the beach. A very warm and thoughtful gesture that we will remember fondly. ☺️ A big thank you to the entire Olinto team, keep up the great work! We would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
