I went to the Moulin this morning, I stumbled upon it by chance... the best chance of my life! Brioche and desserts presented very well, tasty, very honest prices and very nice staff (I was surprised by the kindness of the boy at the register). Absolutely worth trying.

The brioche is excellent, but on the menu there is only soy milk in the large glass. The girl very kind but was uncomfortable when I asked for soy milk in the cappuccino cup. I recommend adding to the menu the possibility for customers with lactose intolerance to drink soy milk in the cappuccino cup.

I went to this place for a quick breakfast, I also bought a cake and some mini krapfen to take home. The food is delicious!! Try their custard. I will definitely be back! Both for the courtesy of the always smiling employees and for tasting the savory part which is very inviting!

25/04/2024: Passing through with friends we stopped for a small savory break based on quiche lorraine toast and brioche. Very good products in a clean and tidy environment. Note of merit to Filippo who welcomed us and looked after us with courtesy, kindness and professionalism.
12/04/2024: Son quarant'anni che faccio colazione con brioche e cappuccino, in vari bar della città, e al Moulin ho trovato le migliori brioche "vuote" di sempre. Il cappuccino è sempre perfetto, cremoso e caldo al punto giusto. Personale gentile e disponibile. A volte ci vado anche al pomeriggio per un caffè ed un krapfen alla crema... deliziosa. Provare per credere.
