Motta Ristorante In Sale marasino

Recensisco solo il ristorante, avendo pranzato durante una visita a Sale Marasino. Una posizione strategica, lungo la strada principale, a ridosso del lungolago. Una vista che toglie il fiato sulla splendida Montisola e sull'isola di Loreto (peccato solo che il rumore e l'inquinamento delle vetture creino disturbo ai commensali). La cucina è semplice ma ben eseguita, con piatti genuini creati dallo chef che, a fine pasto, passa tra i tavoli per sincerarsi che tutto sia stato di gradimento. Il servizio è ottimo, presente ma non invadente, così come il conto e l'ampio parcheggio privato. Tutte note di merito. L'unico fattore che mi ha portata a togliere un punto è dovuto alla struttura che, seppur pulita, è risultata decisamente datata. Per il resto considero l'esperienza positiva. Bravi.

This is the third time we've chosen this hotel for a vacation on Lake Iseo since 2019. The bright rooms offer a splendid lake view. The restaurant is excellent, but above all, the owners' friendliness and hospitality truly shines through. On our last vacation in July, we also brought our two medium- and large-sized dogs, who are more than welcome to Monia.

This rating concerns the hotel only as I didn't dine in the restaurant. As a bicycle tourist I appreciate that the hotel owner allows you to park your bicycle in the hallway which also has CCTV, so there is really secure bicycle storage. Additionally, I loved the very diverse breakfast offering sweet and savoury toppings as well as cake and excellent coffee. The rooms were clean and sufficiently spacious and you can borrow hairdryers in the hallway. However, the hallway and partly also the room smelled very strong of parfume or incense, so if you have trouble with getting headaches due to strong smells, this could be an issue. As also stated by the owner beforehand, the windows are not well noise-isolated, so you hear traffic and weather sounds (a thunderstorm kept me awake) quite much. Still, I'd like to give five stars to this hotel because the price-performance ratio is right, the location is great and the owner Monia is typically italian - approachable, communicative and funny, which made for great conversations. If you prefer a personal and grounded hotel experience, this is for you!

I've been a loyal customer of Motta Restaurant for years now. In addition to the quality of the products used in the preparation of the dishes, I'm particularly notable for the variety of lunch menu options, the professionalism of the entire staff, and the fair quality/price ratio. Furthermore, it's worth noting that what sets this restaurant apart is its warmth, the sense of home that you can feel and experience... a rarity these days! Finally, I'd like to thank Monia for her kindness, her mother's kindness, and the legendary chef who always passes between the tables, engaging in friendly conversation with the customers! A local establishment worth promoting!

We stop at the Motta restaurant every time we're in Sale Marasino. There's a wide selection of dishes, even on the business menu. The staff is courteous, and the chef is friendly, coming around the tables at the end of the meal to greet guests. Everyone I've recommended it to has had positive feedback. And let's not forget the beautiful view of the lake.
