I would do 3.5 but it’s not an option, I tried the salmon with guacamole and also the eggplant with cheese , was ok, I wouldn’t try again

I ordered from the branch at Milano central train station, very lovely baristas. Tried the Melanzane grigliate (grilled aubergines) & Stracciatella sandwich, lovely, they toasted it for me. Friendly staff :)

The baristas were patient and kind even though I didn’t speak Italian. My breakfast sandwich was very fresh and filling. My double chocolate chip muffin was moist and the perfect amount of sweetness. I ended my meal with a latte macchiato. Thank you to the kind woman who work there!

A very good experience. I had such good food in Varenna and Bellagio, and the prices were very affordable. Now let's talk about the service, which was fantastic. I want to give a big shout-out and say all of this is for Paul's work. He did a great job. I'll be back soon! *5 Stars for Paul*

Tasty, but the prices are too high... unjustifiably. In any case, it's a well-known chain, and there aren't really any alternatives. Since Pol' is next door, it's just crap.

11/06/2025: Hot and thirsty when we first got to the museum we sat down and asked for mineral water. We misunderstood our waiter and thought we needed to order food so we did. A staff member with an Australian accent noticed our confusion and came over and was very polite and offered to cancel our food order or otherwise make fair adjustments. We left with a good opinion of the cafe staff.
