English: Last night we tried the bar experience. From the moment we ordered we were told that the service could have been imperfect due to the sudden absence of a member of staff. We ordered 3 "appetizers" and two grilled dishes + a bottle of wine. For the grilled food we were told that we would have to wait about twenty minutes, because in addition to the bar we had to respect the times of the restaurant tables. This was also very good. After 20 minutes the dishes arrived, but unexpectedly the grilled dishes arrived first and immediately after the "appetizers". The ribs were normal, the squid was not adequately cleaned (circumstance reported). Overall the experience was quite negative, especially because throughout the evening we had the feeling of being served only when the restaurant tables did not need attention, and this was seen not only in the service, but also in the care given to the preparation of the dishes (the squid served had not been cleaned properly, and such an obvious error makes me have doubts about a place that aims high). Let's say that if the bar was supposed to be the business card, it was not a good presentation.

Ambiente informale ma curato nei minimi dettagli, personale attento ma non invadente, abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione alla cieca di 5 portate e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dagli abbinamenti originali e sapori delicati. Bravi!
