A roller coaster of flavours, smells, textures and temperatures.
An alternation of extremely delicate and balanced dishes with strong and impactful dishes that accompany you on a journey of continuous surprises.
High quality raw material valorised without ever falling into the banal.
All accompanied by a refined cellar, without the usual routine names.
Impeccable and at the same time informal service.
If we have to choose a dish to mention, we would say the fried quail served on a garden of herbs. It simultaneously conveys the complexity of a refined dish and the typical warmth of comfort food. In our opinion it perfectly represents the soul we breathed from Motelombroso: being in a high-class restaurant and at the same time guests of friends.
Last wish: their abilities and potential are all there, as is time, which is on their side given their young age. We therefore hope that they can continue on this path and achieve important goals. The conditions are excellent.

We went here for dinner in mid-March and chose the Laguna tasting menu.
Everything pleasantly surprised me, from the mosaic of fish, skate liver, guinea fowl ravioli and spectacular desserts such as chocolate and bottarga tart.
The owners make you feel at home and the place is refined and innovative.
The prices are high but it's worth it.

A very well-kept place, where design and minimalism meet, a perfect example of this Milanese restaurant nouvelle vague. Very polite and prepared staff. The gastronomic options offered intrigued me a lot and so I booked. I arrive at half past one, and I opt for the à la carte proposal, certain that I will encounter something virtuous and unexpected. Alas, unfortunately this was not the case. Perhaps the cuisine is still a little immature, but the exaltation of flavors announced on the menu did not find a response in my palate or in that of my fellow diners. Of course, the raw materials were of the highest quality, the workmanship was also well executed, but the result, in the mouth, did not surprise me, on the contrary... The wait, biblical, I confess, did not help (I went out at 4pm). Mine doesn't want to be a failure, because the boys are young and do their best, but perhaps, for those figures, a small step back and a little more humility will allow this young brigade to take flight, as I hope it will. . Sin.

A surprising culinary discovery located in a beautiful farmhouse on the outskirts of Milan. Opting for the Green route, we experienced a fully plant-based menu that exceeded my expectations. Each dish featured plays of textures and an excellent use of raw materials. The grilled asparagus was particularly memorable. The accompaniment of the wines selected for us by the sommelier was excellent. The attentive and pleasant staff contributed to creating a unique atmosphere. I can't wait to return to try the next seasonal menu. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Went for the blind menu with wine pairing on a special occasion and it has been an amazing experience from every point of view.
Don't want to spoiler what the blind menu was about but it has been such a great journey with every dish being a pleasant surprise with very courageous but well balanced tastes.
Wine pairing was also super spot on and service attentive, caring and impeccable.
Sure it is not cheap but value for money is extremely high.
Super recommended.

Location, a mio modestissimo parere, davvero splendida...pur nella sua particolarità di trovarsi in una zona non propriamente "comoda".
Ambiente curato, minimal, elegante.
Servizio attentissimo e positivamente informale.
In merito alla cucina: avevo già avuto modo di provare i piatti di questo interessantissimo chef alcuni anni fa (in un altro ristorante), e devo dire che ha riconfermato l'ottima impressione che avevamo avuto in passato.
Degustazione a mano libera di 9 portate. Tutto davvero molto buono, con presentazioni altrettanto interessanti e spiegazioni dettagliate sulla preparazione di ogni pietanza.
Eccellente il vino che ha accompagnato il tutto (Risic Blanc).
