English: Last night we tried the bar experience. From the moment we ordered we were told that the service could have been imperfect due to the sudden absence of a member of staff. We ordered 3 "appetizers" and two grilled dishes + a bottle of wine. For the grilled food we were told that we would have to wait about twenty minutes, because in addition to the bar we had to respect the times of the restaurant tables. This was also very good. After 20 minutes the dishes arrived, but unexpectedly the grilled dishes arrived first and immediately after the "appetizers". The ribs were normal, the squid was not adequately cleaned (circumstance reported). Overall the experience was quite negative, especially because throughout the evening we had the feeling of being served only when the restaurant tables did not need attention, and this was seen not only in the service, but also in the care given to the preparation of the dishes (the squid served had not been cleaned properly, and such an obvious error makes me have doubts about a place that aims high). Let's say that if the bar was supposed to be the business card, it was not a good presentation.

Ambiente informale ma curato nei minimi dettagli, personale attento ma non invadente, abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione alla cieca di 5 portate e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dagli abbinamenti originali e sapori delicati. Bravi!

Let me start by saying that I have been a customer since this little corner of paradise opened where it doesn't even feel like being in Milan. Enchanting location with attention to every detail. The selection of wines is curated by Matteo who is constantly searching for gems that are difficult to find around. At the moment, thanks to the new chef Nicola Bonora, the restaurant seems to be experiencing one of its happiest moments. Yesterday I tried the pasta with clams and Vernaccia from Oristano, really excellent (said by a Sardinian). Absolutely worth trying, particularly suitable for a dinner for two with the right atmosphere.

Seconda volta in questo affascinante e particolare ristorante e sempre con menù di 9 portate blind...una successione di gusti esplosivi e creativi con un mix di prodotti e condimenti nippo, sardi e piemontesi...un piatto a sorpresa da gustare con i guanti di lattice neri da assassino (molto divertente e consono alla mia crazy indole) ed per finire un'originale torta de queso al taleggio bella tosta e saporita...location molto moderna e calda nonostante gli alti soffitti da loft...e complimenti a chef Nicola che insieme a Matteo ci ha presentato alcuni dei suoi particolari piatti...un'unione di arte, natura e prelibatezza....vini ricercati e notevoli...mi piacerebbe tornare nella stagione calda per vivere un'esperienza nel giardino che si intravede dalle enormi e suggestive vetrate...
