This place is amazing. I was overwhelmed by the number of options available, but luckily the nice lady behind the counter gave her recommendation, and oh man, she did recommend. In most cases I am cautious with prosciuto crudo, but it was somehow easy to bite into, and the lemon-infused olive oil with the combination of Parmeggiano Reggiano, excellent. Really. Thank you! P.s. the music was great (some alter-metal-rock. Nice one :D ).

We happened to be passing through Sulmona and stopped to eat at Morsi di Gusto. It's a very clean place where they make gourmet sandwiches of unique flavor, with great attention to detail and flavor combinations, and top-quality ingredients...a truly excellent bite! Kudos to the guys!

Two exceptional guys offer you any delicacy, from local cured meats, to sauces and pâtés, to the omelettes of the day... all delicious, in a very clean environment and served with extreme kindness. Even the gluten free comes out satisfied, they are very careful about this too. If you pass by, stop by and you won't regret it

23/08/2025: This restaurant is just outside the city center. It looks great. Large, well-spaced tables. Discreet elegance. Great attention to the wine selection. The service here is an absolute plus. The young, motivated, and friendly staff work together. The bread is superb. I had the mushroom, saffron, and tuna ravioli. Superb. The cream-filled millefeuille was superb. Recommended. One of the best restaurants I've been to. Well done, well done, well done.
22/08/2025: Excellent restaurant. Sublimely refined, with attentive, passionate, yet rational service. A delightfully high-quality experience, with truly exclusive diligence and attention. One of the top five restaurants I've ever visited. Kudos to the entire staff, from the location to the service to the cuisine.
