The name is a guarantee. You need a quick meal, ideal for business lunches for those who are at the Sant'Orsola Hospital and need to eat quickly. "Quick" shouldn't be misleading. The food is excellent, the place is small, but not accessible to disabled guests. The staff is friendly and fast. They go from a piadina to a typical first course. For us, who go to Bologna for medical appointments and a quick show.

We eat there twice a week. The food is homemade, the first courses with homemade pasta are excellent, and the staff, especially the owner, are very professional and courteous. It's a shame it's not open in the evenings.
