Morbido In Roma

My friend and I had dinner last night at this restaurant, everything was good and everything was perfect. The only flaw that left us perplexed was the waiter who, at 9:30 pm while we were choosing dessert (so at the end of dinner) sent us to the tables outside because the second shift was starting and he was serving the table. The manners were not exactly polite and we moved outside, in the rain, just for dessert. We asked for the bill and at 10:10 pm we looked out to see if, on a Wednesday evening there was actually this need to send us away in that way...well...the place was half empty and the table where we were sitting was free, so we could have also finished inside the place. I repeat, the food is excellent, the location very pleasant but if there is a shift to eat it should be written somewhere, even on the menu if desired, so that customers are informed or at least train the guys on how to communicate with customers in the best way, without being rude for having "exceeded" the time.

Good, good, good. Now I understand why everyone speaks so highly of it. Relaxing evening to eat a hamburger and I found myself here, where the cult really is. Everything was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, the location was very well looked after. Highly recommended

Real rating 4.8 Quality burger joint with elaborate dishes. I recently had the chestnut burger and the clementine. But everything is good (the swords, the bowler hats...), with prices that are not exaggerated. The place accepts reservations (which I recommend). Excellent service. Modern environment, a little noisy. Not to be missed

Really nice place in a side street of via Tuscolana. I have been several times. I tried various sandwiches. All fabulous. Even the vegan one is really worth it. Delicious appetizers.

we ate really well, both the appetizers and the sandwiches were made to perfection! Finally, when you say rare, you get a nice, soft and juicy rare hamburger! I will definitely come back.

Abito in zona e usufruisco spesso sia dell’asporto che del mangiare lì!cibo buono i piatti proposti sono buoni e fantasiosi ma rimangono un po’ pesanti le fritture e i condimenti in generale!prezzi nella media,servizio celere e cortese.nota purtroppo di demerito giorni fa ho preso un tiramisù da asporto credo che nello sporzionare o cose del genere il cuoco lo abbia fatto con un cucchiaio con cui aveva toccato già qualche cosa di salato della linea e infatti di quello sapeva purtroppo!

"Morbido" è un ristorante che merita senza dubbio 5 stelle! Ho provato uno dei loro famosi hamburger (IRISH BURGER) ed è stato semplicemente perfetto: saporito, ben preparato e con ingredienti di alta qualità. Il menù è davvero interessante, con proposte originali come le "bombette", bocconcini di mozzarella dorati nel panko con ripieni creativi che spaziano dalla carbonara all’amatriciana, passando per la gricia e altre delizie. Per chi preferisce alternative all’hamburger, ci sono anche tagliate di scottona o pollo, oltre a opzioni vegetariane. Il locale offre posti sia all’interno, accogliente e curato, che all’esterno, ideale per godersi una bella giornata. Un’esperienza culinaria imperdibile, tornerò sicuramente per provare il resto del menù!
