Negli ultimi giorni sono spesso a Perugia per lavoro e, percorrendo la superstrada della Valdichienti, mi fermo volentieri presso "Monti Azzurri Tipicità" (uscita Muccia) per assaporare i loro magnifici panini farciti. La farcitura è sempre abbondante. Due panini e due bottiglie d'acqua 8,50 euro il prezzo, in autogrill, di un singolo "Apollo".
